1	How in the world are you able to beat easy dopamine addiction? It's pretty easy actually, you just overcomplicated it hard af. Let's say you play video games 8h a day. Going down 1h every 2 weeks will require less willpower, than going down 8 hours day 1. It's not a magic formula that works for everyone, it's just an easier way to quit a habit than cold Turkey.
