Hey. We know men can be raped. The issue the commenter above is pointing out is men cannot be raped according to law In the UK rape is defined as forced penetrative sex by a penis in a vagina. Thus, only those with penises can rape, and only those with vaginas can be raped. By this definition even male on male anal rape is not accepted under the law, instead being classed as a serious sexual assault. I am presuming the issue in India is similar, they did wholesale adopt our laws back in the day …

I am not sure about the US, UK or other places. I believe the UK law is similar. Only the owner of a penis can rape, as it is defined as forced penetration with a biological penis only. Even if (for example) a female hogtied a drunk man down and violently penetrated him with a dildo or other object, this is still only sexual assault, which carries a far lower sentence As always, IANAL

There have been posts here before where people have declined to get their boys cut, only for them to be put through the procedure the first time the grandparents are left alone wlth him for any length of time.
