Men may commit more mass shootings, but women are far more likely to commit infanticide. Just take a look at what we pay educators in this country: I got the training to be a teacher in one of the most rigorous states in the country. I get paid more to stock vending machines that I would teach in the state I currently live in (Benefits are only a LITTLE below what I'd make as a freshman educator too). Basically, the smart/clever people don't teach. Only the martyrs and the ones with agendas to push, or those whose degrees can only be used academically.

You can lose in court without having lied to law enforcement officials. A verdict of 'not guilty' for an accused rapist would not be an automatic verdict of guilty for the accuser. The accuser would have to undergo there own trial, if someone brought charges and be convicted on the evidence proving those charges. Your line of reasoning is similar to someone being convicted of attempted suicide because the person charged with assualting them received a 'not guilty' verdict.
