Thank you for sharing your experience; I try to warn him beforehand if we watch movies and tv shows or any media that may have distressing scenes. And I always respect his consent. Yes he’s mentioned that he was rebuffed and ignored for other issues regarding men’s rights. He’s a single father of four and an amazing dad but he’s faced discrimination in domestic violence cases before so I think that may factor in to his lack of drive to seek help.
