If Selective Service were to be activated and the Draft initiated all draftees would still in-process via MEPS so if you asking would drafted males who are medically unfit, intellectually unfit, physically unable to perform, mentally ill, etc get screened out, yes, that is the purpose of MEPS, others that pass screening but remain incompatible with service then get weeded out or peered out at initial entry training.
