Don't buy MVMT or Vincero watches though. Seiko is a legit brand though. Do some research and buy a nice mechanical watch from a brand with horological value. MVMT is all marketing, their watches are overpriced and they're all internet marketing hype. Some brands I'd recommend: Seiko, Orient, Hamilton, Tissot, Certina.

Great post, needed to hear these words. Been thinking and worrying about the past a LOT recently, to the point where it becomes unpleasant but I can't help it. I've always been one to ponder about things way too much. Gonna start taking steps to tackle this issue. Thx for the post!
