It’s really simple. Start by saying good morning to 10 girls a day everyday then do 10 compliments a day everyday then try to have a short conversation everyday. Your goal shouldn’t be to pick up a girl or get a number your goal should be to talk to as many girls as possible. Doesn’t even need to be someone you’re attracted to it can literally be any girl you come across. Over time you won’t care about talking to girls anymore and the nerves will be gone

I’m no medical professional so whatever I say it absolutely bullshit but idk if taking medication for depression is always the solution. Doctors love giving medication for everything which is just a bandaid solution most of the time and I’ve seen a lot of people get their lives ruined because of these medications.
