Man should be free, it's our natural state. But we're also capable of, and can find joy in, great sacrifice. When society takes away the incentive for our services, we revert back our natural, free state.

I don't anyone here would claim men are sinless and without fault, I certainly don't. What we do claim is that men are required to shoulder a disproportionate amount of financial and legal risk than women when entering a marriage. With divorce rates so high we choose not to take that risk. Then we look at dating. But without marriage, what's the point in dating? We've realized that dating is not so different from prostitution but at a higher financial/commitment cost to the guy. Once you've abso…

Same here. Why guys willingly put themselves at the mercy of an emotional, hormonal being and then sign a contract with the state to promise to stay in that position continues to baffle me.

Tbh I'm not sure, my family kept it very quiet and I wasn't all that close with him. It wasn't until he got out a couple months ago that I got all the details. I know he's living with his parents and able to see his kid. That's another thing, he missed seeing his son grow up.

He's probably seen all the old movies where they do this and everything works out. Kid doesn't know yet how much times have changed.

Working with bitchy women sucks the life out of guys. Add a bitchy wife on top of that and it's no wonder men are feeling more and more hopeless.

The bible warns against relying too much on women. I'm not religious, but I think the old jewish philosophers were badass mgtows. The story of Samsen is a prime example. Never let women have backstage access to your strengths.

That freedom though, nothing else compares. Especially not used up women with more mental baggage than they can take so they dump as much as they can on you. Stay true to yourself and never compromise your freedom for the lure of women who promise to give you what they don't even have to give away.

My ex used to love to say she was independent. She basically took it to mean that while I was to fill a traditional male role such as paying for dates, lending her money when she needed it, giving her rides everywhere, ect. she was just gonna disregard this as a favor from me and see it as her own accomplishments.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
