No, it isn't. But it is the only one where there actually has been a conviction I'm aware of. Legislation is pretty similar in the Scandinavian countries at least. I guess it is possible in other countries. But there is a strong emphasis that women aren't able to "rape" a male. If you want to take it a step further, it should be like that in any civilisesd country. If that makes Norway the only one.... so be it. But that can only be shown in actual convictions.

I know of one. Norway, there has been cases of that. A woman mounted a man in his sleep and was convicted of rape. Which is how a civilised society classifies rape. Sex withouth consent. Or is that not rape? Then a man penetrating a woman with an object cannot be rape. QED.
