I agree entirely with you, but it's pretty pointless talking about it. Barely anyone here has any training in psychology, let alone in personality or any sort of research into how relationships work, it's just exchanging anecdotes, half read abstracts and what they feel like is correct. Humans all have complex needs, particularly emotionally, you're not going to just be happy with food a house and someone to have sex with sometimes, and I think that the existence of sex addicts proves what you're saying completely wrong.
