1	How do I get out of rock bottom? As others noted, the first step is realizing that there is a problem and wanting to change. Congratulations on that alone. I can offer a bit of advice on procrastination. I used to be a super-duper-hyper-uber-mega-bad procrastinator and the way I am able to defeat it (or at least heavily reduce its its influence) is through a practice known as time blocking.
