It's exactly why Margaret Thatcher is seen as the worst prime minister of the UK. Because she is a woman. She was really really awfully shitty and evil, but not the worst.

I've just started watching it! And yess. I don't want to sound like I'm condoning what she did but it was masterful and pretty fucking cool. How many men idolize the wold of Wall Street? But Anna will face even more time than Jordan Belfort! And as for the tinder swindler, he just straight up abused and manipulated women with love bombing and then threats of violence. The people Anna scammed are wealthy, and she stole considerably less.

Yeah that's true. But she also gave away tonnes of money to the hotel staff, so I guess she's like a Robin Hood, stealing from the rich and that. I'm not condoning fraud, BTW. I just think what he did was waaay worse. She never hurt people in the way he did.

I literally just made a post about this comparing him to Anna Delvey. She only scammed banks and wealthy businesses for 250000. He scammed and ruined women's lives, put them in debt forever and broke their hearts. He's free and rich. She's facing 20 years

I decided not to move in with my current partner for this reason. He snores really badly. I've told him about it and he says "just push me onto my side if I start" but being woken up several times a night and having to do this is grating on me and I can't imagine having to do it every night. I think I've already decided to end it for other incompatibility reasons, but his inconsideration when I've told him several times its an issue isn't okay with me. He won't do anything else about it.

My ex used to do this. I usually finish work around 10/11pm. I go to bed around 2am. He is a super heavy sleeper so I could go to bed after him and he would never wake up. He was always an early riser as he worked at 8am, finished at 4. He would call be lazy for sleeping until 10/11 and if we were both off work on the same days he would flick the light on and off and call me lazy, even if I only had 4 hours sleep. He would take the covers from me and sometimes splash me with cold water and he wo…

I've never met a decent Johnny. I know three. One is 40 and dates women who are between 18 and 22, the other beat my friend who dated him, the other was arrested for being a pedo. Go figure.

The disgusting comments I've seen on news articles about that footballer Mason Greenwood over the past few days sicken me. "this is why men need to stay away from toxic women, they will destroy their careers!" "she set him up! She's doing it for attention." "anorher woman crying rape" Yet there is audio proof of him raping her. And her injuries are horrific. But they're fucking defending him.

The thought of somebody doing that boils my blood. Imagine spending that money and time having your makeup done only to have a cake smashed in your face. All the photos for the rest of the night will look a mess. It's so so disrespectful. I am so proud of her for leaving at the first crossed boundary and sign of disrespect. It was literally the ONE thing she was set on for the wedding. She asked him not to do it. He knew it was important to her but he just didn't care. A true queen. I hope to ha…

I mean, we actively encourage the block and move on technique on here. There's no reason a man couldn't do the same. Maybe he realised you were incompatible, maybe he felt he had a reg flag from you, maybe he just wasn't feeling it, maybe he got back with his ex, maybe he met somebody else. I really wouldn't think too much into it, though. It isn't worth your time. Block and move on.

I had an ex change his entire work schedule to match mine better, Just so he could spend an extra few hours with me in the evening. This is when we first started dating, too. If he wanted to, he would.

I wish I could tell 18 year old me that that 32 year old man who let us all party at his house and sold us drugs wasn't cool, he was a predator, and that it didn't make me cool that we dated a year. And when he cheated on me and left me for my friend who just turned 18 instead of heartbroken I should have been horrified. I feel so bad for young me.

I've told this story on another post but I relate to this so hard. My ex pretended to be vegetarian when we met to impress me and kept the lie up for years, but ate meat in secret. Because he knew it would make me more interested in him if he was into animal rights. He didn't see an issue with this.

Last year I was leaving work with my housemate really late and we nippled into the 24 hour spar. I waited outside and some guy started hitting on me. Asked me for my number. I politely declined and he FLIPPED. Asked me if my housemate was my bf and threatened to beat him up (my housemate would have annihilated him) and started threatening me. Actually held a bottle up to me in a threat to hit me with it. His ego was more fragile than the glass bottle he threatened me with

The other day my friend was jabbed with a needle whilst waiting for the bus home after work at around 11pm. The needle went through her big puffer jacket and she had a terrible trip and had to go to the hospital. This guy stabbed her with a needle and ran off. What's the point

Yes! Add "the gift of fear" to the FDS reading list. We should have a reading list/book club tab in the info! And a megathread for suggestions. We could all choose a book to read each week that are suggested by women here and discuss them together. That would be so fun

My ex would do so much for me. Bought me a car, new laptop, paid all the rent and bills, I thought he was such a HVM Until he started telling me nobody else would treat me this good, and constantly brought up what he did for me. Don't do nice things for people if you're just doing it for leverage against them. That's when it stops being nice

My best friend is a pretty well known cam model. Super successful. She's only 26 and she's started on the botox and fillers. Luckily she's decided to go to university and get a creative degree, so she's leaving sex work, but the thought of her thinking she needs fullers and botox hurts my heart. She's by far the most stunning woman I've ever met. Honestly so beautiful. She's only doing it because she wants to look more attractive to men. Not for herself

Yeah as soon as I see "420 friendly" in their bio I'm out. I used to be addicted to weed so I'm not judging, but I know the chance of us ever doing anything that involves spending money is out of the window. Who can afford a holiday when they're spending hundreds a week on weed? And I don't want a conversation with somebody who can't process half of what I'm saying because they're so baked. And the smell of musty weed is just fucking gross

Okay I post about my housemate way too much in this sub Every post I see I think "that's Aaron!" He's watched all of one peice and has the posters everywhere in his room. He's also admitted he "used to" watch hentai when I mockingly brought hentai up in conversation once. Oh and of course he claims to have "yellow fever" which is a gross racist term but the term he used.

Ponyo is the sweetest movie I've ever watched. Lots of anime is just beautiful.

I watched death note recently and the oversexualisation of the lolita character Misa made me so uncomfortable. It just felt so out of place in an otherwise great story. There is a part where she is tied up and captive and they made it so sexual, whereas when Light is captured he's just in a normal cell, not all bondaged up.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/01/21 07:47 PM

It totally depends on the anime. I'm a fan of some anime. It can be beautifully made. But if the anime focuses on oversexualised girls in schoolgirl outfits then that's a red flag.

Agreed. And this is why it's important to not live with them before marriage. Because if you live with them it woukd be weird if you cooked for yourself but didn't make them a portion, stuff like that but then it would be easy to fall into a routine of doing it for them. Nobody would expect somebody to come cook and clean at a house they don't even live in so we should never ever move in with them

Yeah this is a new one for me too. I could literally mention a DIY job and even my male friends will be round with their spirit levels and tape measures tutting and umming and ahhing at the wall or whatever I'm trying to fix. I don't want a diamond because they're unethical and I don't think they're that pretty. I want my birthstone, but it has to be real silver and a good quality stone. There's nothing wrong with her wanting amethyst if that's what she likes. Definitley not cheap metal though. It won't last

Right? The ring I want is about £1000. It's a stunning lotus shaped silver ring with my birthstone, aquamarine, in it. They're custom made and I've been admiring it for years. If somebody proposed to me with the monstrosity in the photo it's not even about being a "gold digger". The ring is ugly and it looks like whoever bought it literally went out of their way to buy the smallest most pathetic ring they could find. It's literally a "fuck you" to receive that as a ring. I dated somebody in their mid thirties when I was 18/19 and he used to make me feel bad for not being financially stable, and used to dangle the fact that he paid for everything over my head. He made most of his money selling drugs. I was a teenager who had just moved out of their parents and started my career. Of course I wasn't.

My housemate admitted to me his friend took advantage of a girl when she was drunk and how "disgusted" he was. I asked if he was still friends with him and he said yes. He judges him for it and doesn't condone it but its still one of his best friends. I'm looking for somewhere new to live. He also says "not all men" a lot. Which is crazy cause his best friend is literally a rapist.

I only have one male friend who has never ever tried anything. We've been friends for 10 years and have been to many festivals and parties together, even lived together at one point.
