If you want to do an observational study, you need a large sample size. Since one person is not a large sample size, it could very possibly be an outlier, thus rendering your argument obsolete. I wish she would go to a serious debate and try to use that as evidence just see her argument torn to shreds. It’s Turkey we’re talking about, a country growing ever closer to a full autocracy. You can’t expect them to release political prisoners, or you don’t understand the most basic autocratic politics…
