6	The 3 seconds rule. Jump into the cold shower. Just do it. The most motivating,yet simple video! A lot of people are hating, but I think it was a sweet video. A lot of good things only take a little bit of extra time. This can apply to more than just taking leaps and asking people out. Holding the door for someone, being polite, or even just a smile can light up someone's entire day. Take the extra few minutes to cook that meal. Take the extra few minutes to put the dishes away. Run that extra lap at the gym. It'll only take a little longer. Just a few more seconds.	/r/seduction	25/11/20 02:48 AM
