No distractions from low cut tops and short skirts I'm actually sad that this is seen as limiting the freedom of girls or even worse, sexualizing minors. I've been a middle school boy and i know from personal exprience that it was in fact distracting. The most cruelly funny part is how obivious it was for pretty much all boys.
