I think you'd need around 80% for a top bracket earnings over $10 mill income. If the top bracket is larger than the rate can decrease, smaller and the rate would need to increase. 1	Equal pay for unequal work and unequal entry standards The phrase which makes the most sense is equity of outcome, so everyone who puts in the same amount of effort would receive the same pay. If someone doesn't do any work, it doesn't matter what happened to them in the past or to their ancestors, now they just get basic welfare to live on like the dole and nothing more.
