Dude you need to get up. Don't be the guy sitting watching the fun. Get up and dance. Ignore everyone at first.Focus on yourself. Once you get comfortable dancing, people will gravitate to you. Genuine self-confidence is rare and makes people interested. I've had women come up to me when I haven't even noticed them. I was busy dancing and enjoying the beat.

You will remember those days you were self conscious and think "Shit, I wasted all that time." It's a pleasure. Make it a night to remember!

Do you like freedom to determine how much you earn, minus the risk of entrepreneurship? Do you like negotiating and winning? Do you want to use that squishy thing in your head and be pushed outside your comfort zone daily? Be a man. Be a salesman. On a serious note, pick an industry which pays well or you are interested in. Whatever is most important. Aim to move into Account Management or Outside Sales A.M.

As someone who used to feel self conscious in clubs, I feel like I'm justified in giving my two cents. Clubbing is like picking up chicks. If you dance half-hearted or don't fully commit, you will look like a gimp. I've seen plenty of guys dance like they have autism. The same move over and over again.Completely off beat with the music. The main pointers: Be aware of the music. The tempo dictates your movement. Fast tempo equals faster steps/more erratic hand movement. Slower tempo means less st…

It can go both ways.Ive been the other guy and I've had guys trying to pick up my woman. The latter happened fairly recently. It was funny. Ironically after some curvy 20-something tried to get to know me and I chased her off gently. I went for a drink. Came back to find my ltr chatting to some Indian guy. She introduced me to him. I totally ignored her and made convo with the guy. Then I disappeared to talk to other people, including girl number one. My partner lost interest and guy was left is…

It could have been worse. One of my first sexual encounters was with a chubby girl. Thought "sex is sex" . She had a loose as hell vagina. I was too beta to stop things so went through the motions with a quarter erection. When I didn't take things further, she went around telling her friends "He couldn't satisfy me because his dick was too small." I turned around and said "You'd need an African Pornstar to satisfy you or no one would have a chance." Every partner since has been more than happy.

If you aim to lift with perfect form or already lift with perfect form, let them laugh. I've been in plenty of gyms where the biggest guys don't necessarily have the best form. They will end up arthritic and potentially weaker in their later years. The better your form, the stronger you will become as a whole. In plenty time, you will be the one laughing.

Free muffins don't say they had a miscarriage a week after you slept with them and insinuate you were the dad. Free muffins don't do a lot of things. Fucked up women can (and do) try to mess up/mess with your life. Avoid them like a leper.

If you broke a glass of wine in your hand, would you squeeze the broken glass because you feel angry you smashed it? Sure, the pain will motivate you but inadvertently, parts of you will be wounded every time you squeeze your hand.

The only time you should ever worry is if you have a micropenis. Then you are below average. If you don't have a micropenis, it doesn't matter the tool you are packing. Unless you plan on pulling your dick out and swinging it about like an Apache helicopter. Play the cards you are dealt and be confident. Be sexy. Once you are in the bedroom, throw her around like a pit bull with a broken chew toy.

One word. Tailored. You can find suits that fit you well off the rack. If you know your measurements that is. You could always take them to be adjusted. However, I'd say visit a good suit store with a tailor. The difference is noticeable. I wore an off the rail suit for a while. Girls liked it. Changed to a tailored and girls reacted strongly. Stay away from black. Charcoal grey and navy blue are versatile. One pair of brown shoes and one pair of black shoes. Same goes for the belt. Match the be…

It's not just women. You could ask the same question about "Why do people lie about what they want to do with their life?" The answer is what people say and do are often completely different. This is because people often don't know what they want. In a life so full of distractions, a clear sense of identity or direction is hard to maintain.

My frame is getting stronger. She has been good to me. The only side that is lacking is letting her appearance go a bit. I spend time on myself, keep well groomed and deal with my dry skin issues etc. I'm under no illusion that we are destined to be together forever. As you said, if she isn't happy with me, she knows I won't stop her leaving.

It's not the first time. I didn't see the point in lying via omission. Lesson learned for next time. I made sure to hold frame. I didn't DEER when she went down the psychologist route of "How would you feel?" I stated the fact. I got up to dance because I enjoy it. People danced with me. Couple of those people were girls who also had partners. Changed the topic.

Grinding is the line that I wouldn't cross. I've encountered that before and nip it in the bud (when in a relationship).

I didn't see the point in hiding it. In hindsight, I should have kept it vague "bit of dancing" and left it at that. It's mainly from a place she has put on a fair bit of extra weight. I've managed to bulk up a fair bit, mainly due to calisthenics and my typical daily activity levels.

There to work. It matters that I build relationships with different departments because of the breadth of my role. I'd also like to be promoted at some point.

I work in Sales. Comfortable conversing with clients but making new friends with people outside my team?I find I make an effort to converse and they just lose interest. I wouldn't class myself as particularly boring either.

Luck is an illusion. True luck is skill, intuition combined with self confidence.

This right here. Management is not about bossing people about. It's about leading by example. The best leaders on history mucked in and we're at the front of the battlefield. They understood that leadership is showing people the way.
