I make $19 an hour and can afford what I need and want (not all that I want obviously) and with 30% more I could definitely afford another one bedroom. I'd call false dichotomy on that. Murder is never consentual, sex is. I'd propose an example of two strangers fighting. One or both are drunk and the fight was likely instigated by the drunk one (in my experience, the drunk one is likely the one to instigate sex). Either both go to jail or, likely, the drunk goes to jail. That's the best example i could come up with but I'm sure there are better ones out there.

You can easily be "detained" for exceeding the speed limit. You can definitely be arrested for going a certain speed over the limit. Judging by your km/h, you're not American and don't understand how easy it is to be put in cuffs there.

Check out Free Keene. I believe the Ian that he's talking about is Ian Freeman. Not sure why the other guy was downvoted but they're a libertarian group in Keene, NH. When you get pulled over for any traffic infraction they ask you to prove you are properly licensed, registered, and insured as a motorist. Late to this party but if you are open carrying in NH you have done nothing wrong, no infraction. It's absolutely ridiculous to make it a crime but many people, male and female, can be exceptionally inconsiderate on the NYC trains. Men do it by spreading their legs extra wide, women do it by crossing their legs. The reason they do it isn't because they have a dick and balls, they do it so that no one is able to sit next to them. They take up 3 seats while people are standing. It's an asshole move.
