1	[Inner Game] I seem to fuck every situation up. I don't escalate, I have really awful self-image in social settings, and I shy away when anyone shows interest in me. Help, seddit. Bro you sound exactly like what I'm going through. Best remedy is you need to step into places by yourself go out by yourself. It might be that you feel you have to protect this image of your in front of your buddies (this is the case for me) . You need to work on this and the best thing for you is just that being alone will force you to adapt. It's nothing but mental . You know know I know it even they know it.
