Well in my perspective, I guess Bill Manser did not want the child to be motherless. He totally said sorry to the child about what happened. I mean mother and son relationship won’t be strained if it is truly the labcorp who made the mistake. And also I don’t think the mother has the means to pay off $36,000. They just sue the lab that can pay instead. Maybe the court hearings are there as “proof” that she did not make a “mistake” but who knows what is the true story since we are not involved. I…
