| 1 | I've been separated with no agreement for 5 years My ex just informed me she's not bringing my kid back after having him for a week for the summer and that she's filing papers for custody and registered him at a school in her county.Yeah, that sucks man. It sounds like you have to file an emergency motion. I used Ariel Peres (Peres family law in San jose) for my similar custody issue and she was great.
