Because they’re hot and adults.

Something sounds wrong here, you need to grow some balls. How can you sit here and say my friend is the alpha I’m the beta? It’s your girlfriend, why are you letting her interact with him in a flirtatious manner if she truly is? Same goes with your friend, he’s not your friend if he’s flirting her up.

Also, it’s impossible to make a coherent moral argument against age gaps. It’s a bunch of fluff like “power dynamics” and infantilizing young women.

Just because one person doesn’t approve doesn’t mean there’s not objective attractive facial details like symmetry and golden ratio. There’s definitely a scale, there’s a scale to everything, the second you speak to a new person they’re sizing up your relevance.

Well I agree the casual sex is pointless for both in the grand scheme of things, it being just as easy for men to get laid isn’t true and will never be true. Most men don’t reproduce, more women are sexually active than men. You could really just look up some statistics.
/r/seduction06/02/26 09:33 PM

Well there’s a double standard because it’s easy for women to get laid and it’s difficult for men to get laid. Why isn’t that common knowledge at this point? It’s shamed because men don’t want whores, if they did it would be encouraged. If women didn’t want players then they wouldn’t continue to have options. Once you stop viewing men and women as having the same standard of the opposite sex you’ll be better off.

I don’t get this logic though considering most men who even have had sex just got lucky with some gf they awkwardly started talking to, a lot of guys don’t even have the balls to approach in public anyway. I don’t see how OP is anymore fucked than anyone else.

It’s nerve wrecking for guys too. I tell all my friends to do it and I’ve had success, none of them do it. I’d say 9/10 guys have never approached a woman outside of a party setting or where the woman already knows their name. When I do it, I’m still nervous while speaking, and I’ll be amazed I still get the number when I feel like I’m fumbling the conversation. Also, just a thought, a number is seen as more secretive but if you give out your number your still more anonymous. He can’t look you u…

Hand a guy paper with your Instagram and walk away? Don’t you want to know what he’s like before you even give him social media? Imagine, talking with him on Instagram, oh he’s not so bad, meet him in person again, “wow I could’ve figured I didn’t like him the day I met him.”

Looks do matter, a lot. It’s made approaches very easy for me, I’ve stumbled over words while talking, felt nervous, none of it mattered, still closed. This, we’ve all seen some ugly dude pulling a hot chick is true, but it’s so burnt into all of our minds because of how uncommon it is or they’re a fucking celebrity. But this is just a horrible post, demonizing male standards. Everything is their fault, hilarious. This is the exact reason these dudes have checked out of the dating market, you wa…

It actually makes total sense, I just realized you’re the same pussy who is afraid to approach women sober.

I’m sorry you feel ashamed in public.

Bars, raves, and parties? That’s exactly why you need to cold approach outside of it. So you say it’s weird to do in public, a bar or a rave is pretty public, the women are just on some sort of drug at that point, and maybe you are too. I know it’s way more common but you don’t think women make more sound decisions when they’re sober? Yes warm approaches are easier, you have something in common, you can talk about it to break the ice, she’s heard oh he’s a good guy from someone else, way easier.…

That shits not harassment, how do you think people met before social media? Just because you lacks balls and care about what people you’ll never see again think, doesn’t make it harassment. You’re not cornering women, if they’re not interested, they’re not interested, it’s pretty simple. You must fall into the category of men who have never approached a woman that you don’t know or aren’t acquainted with, you justify your lack of courage through this lens.

Long term damage from someone you don’t know rejecting you and people from afar possibly watching, what kind of pussy shit is that? That’s the analysis paralysis that causes guys to not even try. So why do it, why overcome the fear, the girl will understand what you’re like upfront, you won’t get catfished, she’ll already know if you smell good, look like, etc. You can practice your social skills, you’re doing something that the thought of was nerve wrecking, if conversation goes well enough you…

Sure but it’ll take working and getting along with others, ridding yourself of certain addictions, channeling your energy into visible progress that can be tracked over time and/or is sought after and respected. That should raise your baseline level of self-esteem a lot.

Don’t worry, start cold approaching. Don’t become reliant on the social circle game, most people I knew in college when I told them I was cold approaching, they thought I had balls of steel. Nobody does it and it works extremely well in college. You have to sell well or look good though. Most of these guys only know how to talk to women when they’re drunk. I was nervous as fuck my first times, consider yourself a product, approach as the best product you can present yourself as.
/r/seduction25/04/25 09:40 PM

How am I treating women like a game to score? I’m conducting interactions how they’d prefer, where’d you get the idea women want to be initiators? Do they approach guys on the street? Do they ask out for the first date? Now hit me with the “not all women do this.” I understand there are outliers but even the outliers that approach themselves would prefer to be approached by a guy. So you get the balls to approach them in public, now you jump into passivity, “text me.” Why not parlay your confide…
/r/seduction23/04/25 12:53 AM
1

Of course there’s pressure for them, you also make it extremely easy for them to not text you. Women are used to and expect men to lead, that’s just social dynamics. Could you do it your way? Sure you could, but I think you’re better off leading which women like.
/r/seduction23/04/25 12:48 AM
1

So she should text the random guy that approached her out in public first? We’re talking about a cold approach here.
/r/seduction23/04/25 12:42 AM

I’m not saying women are shallow, I’m saying social dynamics are real, that’s been the norm for generations, you’ll increase the likelihood of things working out.
/r/seduction23/04/25 12:37 AM
0

Yeah and when you make it easier for them, you increase the likelihood of it going anywhere. That’s all I’m trying to say.
/r/seduction23/04/25 12:34 AM
1

And they hate the pressure of having to text you when you give them your number. There’s pressure either way.
/r/seduction23/04/25 12:33 AM
1

I would believe in this strategy if you had an abundance of interactions. If you get too many numbers and have to weed everyone out just for the sake of finding maximum interest. By texting first you just make it so much easier for them. Women aren’t used to initiating stuff, they don’t even like initiating stuff when they’re in a comfortable relationship, they still would prefer you to lead.
/r/seduction23/04/25 12:09 AM
2

And if she’s interested, she’ll text you after you text her. I don’t know why you guys want to make the women the leaders in a world where men are expected to lead the interactions.
/r/seduction22/04/25 11:57 PM
-2

Dude you can weed them out by getting their number and texting them. Why are you making the women have to text you first? They’re already socially scripted to expect the guys to approach them first or initiate stuff.
/r/seduction22/04/25 11:54 PM
-1

It’s always best to get her number. It sounds nice, she gets my number, she decides whether or not to text me. As the dude, you have to be the leader in this stuff, you initiate the encounter, you get her number and text her. If she’s not willing to give you her number what makes you think she’s willing to text you later and initiate the conversation again? Rather than wondering after seeing her, when she’s going to text me? You can just text her after when you feel like it within a few days at …

I compliment appearance all the time, doesn’t matter too much what you say as long as it’s with confidence, nothing too sexual though.
/r/seduction16/04/25 02:13 PM
1

I disagree, even if they did, to say it with composure, confidence, in broad daylight, they don’t. It’s also less about what you say and more about how you look and how you say it. There is no magic pickup line. If you say you think she’s pretty and your eyes are drifting off, staring at her tits, you can’t even hold eye contact, yeah she going to think you’re weird.
/r/seduction16/04/25 01:47 PM

Is it? I don’t think women get approached too often when they’re sober like that. It’s different hearing it sober than some drunk dude at a bar.
/r/seduction15/04/25 10:57 PM
10

That’s what I figure most of the time. A huge part is just the physical attraction, I’ve felt I was fumbling talking to women, felt nervous, still got the number and got to know them.
/r/seduction09/04/25 02:50 AM

You’re probably just too in your head during these moments. Enjoy yourself, that exact moment there where you’re both playing the game, you wouldn’t even need to say too much, if you were laughing, maybe teasing her a bit, maybe jokingly cocky and then she beats you anyway if it’s a competitive one. Try to have fun, she decides if you guys have sex, you decide if you’re in a relationship with her, you don’t want to be in a relationship where you walk on egg shells or aren’t yourself.

/r/seduction04/03/25 09:37 PM

Generally you don’t give a fuck though, that’s how you get cold approaches done. You don’t look good and go to the gym because you care what people think, it makes your life easier. We don’t do stuff for women because we care what they think, we know what they think, and try to attract them. You think backwards.
/r/seduction04/03/25 09:35 PM

Yes but keep the notes and class work convo just for opening up conversation, you want to get stuff going out of school.

That’s because of his political views, not because of his arrogance. Women generally vote Democrat yes, women who are married vote Republican more, so if we want to pull stats like that, women more likely to be married probably want a Trump personality but of course none of this has to do with his original question/statement.

Say what you want about fresh and fit, but they tell guys that you can't afford to be mediocre and continue to strive in improving yourself. They've interviewed about 1600 women and throughout the shows I've watched, a lot of them would actually have an issue with cashier, janitor jobs, that you pointed out and which I agree shouldn't be shameful. The problem with some of those jobs when it comes to attracting some women nowadays is that since more women have higher degrees, they'd like a man wh…

Not happening anytime soon but occasionally women will have their friends let you know they're interested in you, but in the street setting to a random person? No. Would be nice but women like to pick and choose what is too sexist and they like having dates paid for them as well as men making the first move (Majority of them).
