I use a tit for tit for tat system of reward and punishment. I'm very open about this and make any woman in my life read about the concept to understand it. This might work well w the above system if you are uncomfortable w immediate expulsion and prefer to let the person knowingly dig their own grave. Also look into variable ratios of reinforcement for rewarding good behavior. Good stuff OP.

I have the same problem. Huge tolerance. Extreme lucidity after heroic amounts of alcohol. A couple of tricks I use. 1) I know that if I start drinking I'm not going to stop so delay your first drink. 2) One soda, water, etc for every drink with alcohol. 3) One drink per hour. 4) People socially speak then drink. This can lead to lots of drinking in a group conversation/bar setting. The behavior can actually condition you to drink more. Don't hold a bottle/cup while you are talking.

A female colleague of mine was fired by our boss because she was causing major problems w everyone in our group. She went to HR immediately and told them the boss was discriminating against her and I had orchestrated it because (and I will quote her claim to the attorneys i met w at HR) "if she didn't fuck me she would lose her job". I talked to this woman maybe 5 times in the year we worked together and all of them were grievances about something I had inadvertently done. No examples necessary …

1) You think it was a good date, but have no viable proof (eg her cum stains on your sheets). Don't set up the next date on the first date. Women will say yes even when they mean no (and in fact they decide yes or no likely within the first hour of a date - source: lots and lots of plates who openly make fun of other men trying to date them). Remember a woman will next you 15 minutes into a date if you don't come in with the right frame - EVEN if you think you had a good date it doesn't fucking …

Just to add a scientific twist on your theory. Breastfeeding promotes the release of oxytocin at an extremely high level. More than anything you could ever do for your wife sexually or via intimacy. Post partem is related to coming down off of this drug (oxytocin) during weaning. It's a cruel trick of nature. As a side note. This can completely devalue the bond between a man and the mother of his child to the point where she no longer feels attached. (Lots of women cheat in this stage). I'm sure…

She paid fifty dollars for an all you can drink pass to guaranteed sex. I can see why she was so upset... Even the equalizing of monetary exchange at the door doesn't balance the scale of equality between men and women. She still had a whole night of free booze and easy sex to look forward to.

Based on my own personal experience doing what you are in the process of trying to do, you're caught up on one major thing. You think that being dominant/assertive/some RP behavior will "ruin" your marriage. It might cause some fights, but I assure you that fucking hamster is going to go into overtime trying to figure out what the fuck is going on and more importantly why she has the urge to fuck you "like you used to before you got married". Be warned though, that hamster has a lot of miles to …

Doing a plank challenge - Drew you into the shit test knowing you would ask the next question Who else - now you have one chance to correct from this mis step (laugh and make fun of this guy for doing a plank challenge instead of lifting - show her your huge bicep - mention bench pressing skinny little Johnny). He's like 40 and married with kids - now this is an interesting comment that is a red flag. That statement has nothing to do with her possible attraction to him, but you are supposed to o…

Response to original shit test. "Ok, I guess I could just meet her at a hotel." This is literally the wife's worst nightmare: Her husband working in close quarters with a female with high SMV (like she used to, but doesn't have any more). She's punishing him by witholding sex, because she doesn't have ANY dread. What this guy needs to make clear is that if she doesn't change her fucking attitude that there are plenty of "slutty bimbos" that will line up to fuck him. That's the real dread game. I…

I don't recall seeing a lot of users spout on about not being there for your SO, but then again I don't read all the posts here. I think you have it exactly right. RP is about being the rock/captain in the relationship. You can let her say whatever she needs to. Women don't really comprehend or truly believe the things they say anyway. Her hamster needs to spin. It eats work, internet, social, and tv drama and has to shit and piss it out emotionally through her mouth and eyes in the form of mindl…

Remember if you are shifting from your blue pill habits to your red pill frame that last minute resistance is a vanilla form of this desire. Don't let it confuse you. Squeezing the legs together is an invitation for you to try to pull them apart.

Women talk. Men do. A man will approach a conversation with the idea that a solution/agreement can be reached through changes in behavior, resource exchange, compromise, or surrender. Women love to use the word compromise, but if you pay close attention to the way they use it you will see its nothing but a power word. We hear it and think we are sitting down at a rationale table of negotiation. They use it thinking they can trade coal for diamonds often by holding sex over a mans head. Women nee…

Smiling evolved as a way for primates to bear their fangs to cohort approaching in the distance. Incisor length is corellated w testosterone levels in non human primates. So you can size up an approaching friend/enemy by the length of their fangs. While it is no longer a feature of human interactions (mostly) we still smile as an approach mechanism. Keep your teeth in your mouth if you don't want to activate this primitive aggression circuitry in the female brain during an approach. They will ap…

Helping women like this allows them to gain access to higher rungs of the ladder with no effort - even if you are helping for malicious reasons. If you want to know how the fuck these women are infiltrating STEM jobs I suspect this is one of the major culprits - because they sure as fuck aren't competent when they get into the workforce. Cut it out. Let her fail her math/physics/CS/engineering course. Even if some other thirsty guy steps in to fill your void be happy you aren't that guy.

Why not just say we can do a and b and we can solve c? Can you not see the difference in confidence between saying it this way versus your way? A lot of these posts are coming from men that bought into the idea that you CAN show vulnerability because our society has shoved this lie down our throats. You can keep thinking this way and make a post of your own someday when it bites you in the ass or learn from their experiences now. If you have a personal experience that backs up your stance please…

I would add that when I first meet a woman a part of my confidence comes from the fact that I know I could give her the best sex she's had that week, that month, that year, her entire life. Women are used to mediocre one-sided sex with men that don't give a fuck or can't give a fuck (because they are horrible at fucking). Making a woman your plate generally means that you aren't part of either category.

Apply TRP to your career and watch yourself climb right over everyone else. People you don't climb over can become good allies. Apply TRP to your family life and watch your unit function as an effective team. Your wife will fall into her natural role and your kids will have a strong male role model - which frankly is one key to our future generations ability to thrive in this world. Apply TRP to yourself and watch your confidence go through the roof - leads back to the first two. I'm sure it wor…

This is an extremely important point to consider when figuring out how to raise a son or a daughter. Your life experience is something totally different from what theirs will be. Therefor it might be important to embrace the idea that marriage wont be a good option for your children. I find the younger contributors here offer some very valuable insight into what's going on.

Women base their smv on what kind of men are attracted to them. The word creep is used to describe a man whom they deem lower in smv. This is merely a defense mechanism to protect their socially/internally perceived mating value. By discussing the man as a creep they are socially validating that they are higher on the scale. Take the same behavior from a gorgeous man and creepy behavior becomes cute/enthralling. It's as simple as that.

Women date two types of men that fill a broad role in their lives. They date their father or they date their son. Both fill two different types of important roles, but only one will ensure a long happy marriage. I see an interesting parallel between "beta" and "alpha" behavioral sets in this regard. It sounds like you have adopted an alpha/father behavioral set in your interactions with your wife. Congratulations. You just saved your marriage and you get to raise your kids and keep your hard ear…

As former troop animals our minds create pecking orders on a context by context basis. Professional settings dislodge our inherent notions of this natural order. Considering a woman that is in charge a "bitch" is just the male minds way of dealing with the cognitive dissonance introduced by this context. In other words it is easier for a man to take orders from another man because this feels natural.

A lot of the comments are talking about divorce. I will guess most of these are coming from non married people. If you divorce this woman you will be divorce raped and probably lose custody of your child. Her fat new boyfriend will buy xbox games and beer with your paycheck. Here is my advice. And - it's based on experience. Now that you have said side source of pussy. Get one more (or 2) so you don't become dependent on the side pussy who wants to be wife number 2 (this is crucial). A few years ago I was involved with a woman that was in the process of a divorce that also had a child. I was very up front with her about my intentions versus hers so she knew this was a purely physical exchange between us, but that's not the important part. As her alpha fuck toy I got to bear witness to every single thing this article outlined as she started dating again. We talked about it often and you wouldn't believe how volitional all of these motives are. I watched her systematically dat…

Realize that this is probably going to be the highlight of her accomplishments in life. I've seen some comments offering up ways to get revenge. That's beneath you. The old version of you would do something like that. Use this negative energy to take another step towards your goal even if it's just adding five pounds to your workout routine.

I can confirm this works. It is indeed nuclear, and you must have the right frame to pull it off. It needs to be warranted too. Eg your plate is testing your reaction to her flirting w another guy. This will settle her right the fuck down; especially when you explain to her the difference between dating and a ltr. Make sure to pat her on the head and act amused. Do not apologize. Walk away if she needs to talk about it further.

Just remember if your SO is not on birth control there are about three days out of each month where your loyal/non loyal girlfriend won't be able to be loyal because evolution designed her to fuck everything with a cock and let the sperm battle it out. This is especially true if there are "alphas" sniffing around. She literally won't be able to stop herself from getting pumped full of cum in the bathroom stall at the club. This is where the hyperagency (he raped me) and hamstering (my boyfriend/…

Just wanted to add this piece of evidence into the mix. Infant Behav Dev. 2011 Dec;34(4):610-6. You must have been a beautiful baby: ratings of infant facial attractiveness fail to predict ratings of adult attractiveness. Harrison MA1, Shortall JC, Dispenza F, Gallup GG Jr. I know one of the authors of this paper and we talked about it quite a bit after it got some main stream press. Is this really a thing? If I ever stopped any of the many woman i know that suck my dick and told them that I needed to wrap a jimmy around it first I would get laughed at and when they realized i was being serious no blow job. Jesus. This comment refers to the virgin = good LTR ideology that I'm seeing as I scroll down through these comments. Please realize that a woman who has never experienced cocks suffers from being curious about them. She is more likely to hightail it out of your life in the future because she runs into alpha Mc fuckhard compared to a woman that has been alpha fucked a few times in college. The support men need from a woman is not the same thing a woman needs from a man. We've been programmed to think we are caring emotional creatures just like women; however, when we act like this (being needy) it is a total turn off and greatly lowers your SMV - because you are taking on the traits of a woman under stress. If you have to be emotional or bitch or whatever save it for your male friends - while you are lifting of course. Men deal with stress differently. We are equipped to run throu…

I've read the book too (sex at dawn). One of my favorite parts concerned the purpose of female vocalization during sex (in humans). It's basically "hey I'm over here getting gangbanged men, come and let your sperm battle it out in my vagina." The book is indeed an eye opener.

One of my old girlfriends is an OBGYN. A few months ago the conversation wandered towards infidelity and she let it slip that it's well known in her field that the number of babies born to other men is staggering. It's not anything like 70% she said (I think she said it was more like 10%), but for someone who doesn't generally accept that infidelity runs rampant it was a big eye opener for her. She expected it to be very rare for some reason. This is specific to cases where they test on newborns…

If she is redpill as you say the conversation I'm going to suggest shouldn't be that hard to have with her. Make sure you openly discuss your long term goals with her and verify that she understands how her cog works in the success machine that you plan on building. The rest is up to you. If you build said success machine, you aren't going to have any intimacy problems. When she says she loves you, she doesn't mean your physical person. She means the idea of you. What you provide for her. Keep t…

She's a talking head. Of course she's never been discriminated against in a field predicated upon a pretty face rapping the news. Before we put her on a poster let's have her work construction for a few weeks and see if she feels the same way. Or better yet let's just wait a few years until she is replaced by a younger better looking version of herself. Some people live in a bubble that precludes them from understanding reality. Information is a google search away. There is just no possibility that she does not have ulterior motives here. They could be nefarious or she might not be able to stop flicking that clit to you. Either way the best case scenario is that you bang a professor, which for her will be something that could get her fired and therefore unlikely. My friend has been in a relationship for 7 years. He has always maintained the stance that he will not get married. This has been recently underscored by a horrific divorce that his brother has gone through. Men are not supported via scholarships/awards at lower levels of the scientific ladder, based on my personal experience. The idea is that you don't need it to succeed because Patriarchy runs science and as a male you already have a severe advantage. This is an effort to "level" the playing field. In order to do so the valued criterion of comparing individuals for an award based on accomplishment and skill unfortunately had to be thrown out. You can figure out why.

I can get as confident as I want with people I feel are below my standard, but what I consider below my standard is typically directly tied to my own physical self image This is your answer then. Increase your physical self image = increase your standard = make women you find very attractive below this standard. It's good to have a long-term goal. Improve yourself and you won't have to prove yourself. You have plenty of time to meet your ideal woman and the longer you give yourself to increase y…

If you are trying to change your behavior around women to appear more confident/interesting etc, force yourself to go on dates with women who are less attractive than you (or below your standard). That's the mindset you need to have to deal with women above your attraction level anyway. I mean the person you describe as not "liking" is the only person you had even mild success with (making out). This is a key piece of information for you to think about. Changing yourself for her would be to embrace her need for emotional support and provide that for her by allowing her emotions to be in the drivers seat of the relationship. In this case she would indeed win. In my case, I changed myself to achieve the goals I set for myself in life, with or without her. Looking back this seems to be key. Once she got the without her part; everything started to change. My not giving a shit mantra, more plainly defined was this: I will achieve my goals and distra…

Humans are fallible creatures. The title of your post implies that you are trying to define red pill forgiveness. I did not forgive my wife. I don't forgive anyone, because forgiveness is an easily exploitable mind set. I changed myself to the point where I did not need to forgive her. Improve yourself in this area. You aren't going to be able to "fix" her or change her behavior, but you can improve upon yourself. When women are young their hormones control the sex drive. As they become more experienced and the hormones subside, the quality of the sex (number of orgasms) and the male provider (higher SMV) becomes more important. Most men are not very good at giving orgasms, and yet we almost always have them with every sexual encounter. Riding the cock carousel in college devalues the sexual experience even more, because these encounters happen under conditions of inebriation that further reduce the quali…

If she initiated (it doesn't sound like you did), she likely has a guy sniffing around that she's interested in or she's already fucking him and feels guilty. If the sex is as great as you think, let her fuck the guy, and hopefully whatever she got a whiff of wasn't a better brand than what you stock the shelves with. This could backfire if he is a true alpha. I tend to agree with the comments about her getting more out of this type of relationship than you because she gets financial support, em…
