Did she actually lay hands on him though? Sounds like it, which means we've gone beyond grooming by that point. Usually describing it as such implies things never went further. She did not lay hands on him, as the article says. Grooming is a process and does not just happen before sexual contact happens, it happens through that as well. A lot of places have separate laws for grooming. In other places the act itself is not illegal.

I loved seeing pictures of 20 year old naked girls when I was 13, and we all know everyone else in this sub did, too. Seeing our dads' Playboys, or porn on the internet, at age 13 didn't so any real damage to any of us.
