I got scoliosis, so I have one foot flat and one with a big arch. Good supporting sandals like nike for at home. I just mostly try pretty sandals for going out and testing them and crossing my fingers, but extra cusion is a yes. HOWEVER, I like light fabric shoes more so I can use a shoe lift. Never had a good experience with flats, to be honest, because my feet just get sore in the middle.

I would check and see with your doctor if there's a better alternative or switching your generics. I had generics that made me sick for my adhd treatment

I'm not worried and I'm young with first white hair. Well I know one thing to do is drink water, working out, and skincare. That's all you can do that will help yourself. If you want to do work for income do a side hustle at home. Like women sell online embroidery, smithing, soaps, a trade of some sort part time and I do it as well but for woodworking. You can also do childcare as income and work from home or even do catering like cooking for parties and baking.It's a suggestion if you want additional work to have as an option.
