I don't say that I am mgtow. But I do say I am not having kids, and won't get married. Occasionally people say wouldn't it be nice to have a partner in life, to that I say that's what friends are for. I never have been accused of being a women hater or misogynistic. When people ask if I am looking to date someone, I just say I am not actively looking. I am happy with my life the way it is. Just don't say anything negative about women, and they will have no reason to look down on you.

As others said Don't get married. Don't cohabitate. These two hard rules will get you out of most of the harm that will head your way from relationships. Let's also add, don't give her a kid- easy if your sterile. I enjoy women, I have been in a relationship for 2 years. I like her company, but I am firm on those rules. And she knows it as well. We enjoy each other's company, beyond that there are zero expectations. A significant portion of both of our lives is spent apart - we both work alot ha…

I think it is justified for friends to be astonished or upset if they have an emotional disagreement. Next time you hang out don't talk about it. If you still get along don't worry about it. Not all of your friends need to believe the same thing as you... Maybe he is just your golfing friend, or fishing friend or gaming friend. But if spending time with them is draining and doesn't feel good, then you should not spend time with them. Bottom line it's okay to have a disagreement

I think generally characters in media are a projection of authors. But sometimes you can find characters that represent reality. I think Anna Karenina by Tolstoy is a good example. But in pop culture it does seem characters are idealized or charactatures of both genders

Thanks for sharing. I am only 25 and not married so this point is lost might be lost on me but I am curious if you don't mind sharing. Is divorce completely out of the question? Would that really be so terrible for your child's life, I guess he must be very young. But from my friends experiences the ones who had divorced parents early seem more adjusted than the ones who had tense households until their parents divorced in college. Have you spoken with a divorce lawyer? I am just trying to under…

Agreed with others, just by reading your post I know youre intelligence is not that low. As far as your experience with flirting. Everyone has a different approach, some people do it very differently than others. It's also primarily about being in a good head space. It does take practice but it is almost like running, it should feel very natural if it doesn't you are overthinking it. Alternatively you might just be stressed/underconfident. Also sometimes you just might not resonate with certain …

Except the part you miss is that many men in modern society spend an obscene amount of time "improving themselves" for the sake of womanly affection. Often this includes things like working out intensely, leaning to drink/party, make money, and materialism. Many men think they are doing this for themselves but they have diluded themselves. Mgtow ideas help men see that flawed thinking. Mgtow is largely about helping men realize that their happiness should not be dependent on "finding love." It a…

My opinion is yes. But it's obvious cost benefit. We all know the basic things to avoid. When you treat her like a friend that you flirt with, many women will eventually just start to feel attached to you, and you have pretty much put no effort in to her, any more than you would a friend. You can snag her without wasting money on 'dates' If you continue to enjoy each other you basically have a LTR relationship. Depending on how busy both are vs how much time you spend together, I find naturally …

Spend some time reading or listening to classic literature... I say classic because most of them are very good... There are good modern books/collections/blogs/podcasts but they are more like needles in the haystack. It's also a good idea because you get a sampling of thinkers over centuries. Many diverse perspectives. This helped me because it helped me build a more cohesive and diverse understanding of the world and what makes people tick. Seeking advice from friends family and peers only gets…

wish there was a way for us all to talk about it and find a better way out A way out of what? We aren't gonna change the very foundations of humanity. Most of the principles we live by are based on objective reality not just recent societal changes. It's not a question of having a few bad relationships, we aren't all just bitter old men. It's about a simple cost benefit analysis. As A man who wants direct control over his life, the way to do this is mgtow. I can choose this and lose almost nothi…

Yeah but there has only been 600 or so cases in the whole state of Minnesota. Just a guess, the layoffs could be due to attempting to lower the traffic to slow infection rate. In addition, non essential services are likely delayed which might cause less need for nurses Edit: watched the video guess I can't explain it. My cousin is working in an ICU in Detroit. She said it was pretty bad. Find any footage out there?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
