All you can do is present facts and sources. If she will not listen to/read them. Dont waste your time. If you want to maintain a good relationship with her, avoid these topics. Two opposite ideologies in discussion rarely end well and more often than not are relationship/friendship ending. Go about your business and let her go about hers. You will both be happier for it.

This is what i don't understand about these movements. There will always be discrepancies in statistics. Taking action to fix these discrepancies just causes the numbers to skew the other direction instead. Which you then take action to fix, causing the numbers to skew back towards what they were originally, ending in an endless tug of war. Gender is not the issue here. treat them as an individuals and not as XX or XY and watch the discrepancies shrink.

Third wave feminism failed. Feminism once served a purpose. First wave feminism got women the right to vote. Cowards. Waiting til a person can no longer defend themselves to spew their poisonous bile. Didn't win the case the first time? Wait til he's dead and try again... seems to happening more and more, particularly when there is a nice juicy estate to sponge from.
