2	Confused That hits the nail on the head. As far as the first, we have verbally agreed to everything. Split custody, no alimony, how we are going to split everything. I KNOW that doesn't mean shit until it's on paper. But it seems like she wants this to be over ASAP. 2	Confused I want the divorce now. And I never want to be married again. I do however want this process to be civil, for the sake of keeping it uncontested. I think alot of responders believe that I want to keep the marriage, which is not the case. For me, the sex would be just for fun. IE, if she changed her mind, the sex is not going to keep me around. 0	Confused I can't afford to get my own place quite yet. I've had people offer a room. But I really don't want to move out until I have somewhere of my own, with a bedroom for my kids to stay with me. I had an appointment with legal today. We are planning on doing an uncontested divorce representing ourselves, so that we will not have to hire attorneys. Legal department is going to review all paperwork before filing.
