I thought this was a subreddit for mens rights. Its not. Its a sureddit for men who hates women and feministsThere are a lot of cynical negative people in this subreddit, but it ultimately does just stand for recognition of the struggles that men disproportionately face. The loudest people in the room aren't usually the one's with the best things to say. | /r/MensRights | 09/05/14 08:40 PM
Disney Will End Funding To Boy Scouts Over Anti-Gay PolicyI don't agree with the politics of Boy Scouts, but I'll be damned if it isn't one of the single best organizations for young men on the planet. It's a shame that everyone lays the blame on scouting while ignoring how much of a stronghold the Mormon Church has laid on the organization. Most of the troops I've ever come in contact with don't really seem to care about one's background--otherwise I might not have been able to get involved myself. It's just sad :-( | /r/MensRights | 04/03/14 05:04 AM
The economics of sexI think they have this pretty perfect. Even if they don't specially address every concern, they absolutely mention the economic sacrifice that comes with marriage for men. | /r/MensRights | 27/02/14 06:08 PM
Mother slaps daughter in domestic dispute. Responding police kill fatherWhat would an srs person day of this situation? | /r/MensRights | 27/02/14 06:19 AM

Feminist proves that even a stopped clock is right twice a day: "When It Comes To Women There’s No Equality Gap, There’s An Ambition Gap." Goes on to dismiss "gender gap", and asks women to take responsibility for their own choices. She posts articles that disagree with themselves. I don't recommend supporting her blogs with views or recognition. She just likes to get a rise out of her base. | /r/MensRights | 27/01/14 01:48 AM
r/Mensrights, what do you make of this chart?Since the chart is total revenue, I would argue that during recessions, more women were historically forced into the workplace to compensate for the reduction in male jobs. I think the increase in working women over time also makes the recession look more extreme. I think this chart is annoying and not useful since it is aggregate sums and does not sufficiently represent the various market forces at play adequately. | /r/MensRights | 05/01/14 08:08 AM
Why Men's Rights?I regularly like to browse through r/feminism and see what is getting talked about/form opinions about it. I tried speaking my mind though and was told I was not welcome. I generally feel disrespected and blamed for a lot of problems that I have nothing to do with. I feel at home over here. And I'll be honest. MensRights can push right back. I don't approve of every post that shows up on this sub. I think there are a lot of people who are disheartened and say things that aren't thought through--… | /r/MensRights | 14/12/13 04:42 AM
Feminists supporting the infantilizing of women. Teenage boys have more agency than a full grown woman. It is my understanding that the purpose behind this was to make sure that prostitutes could receive legal protection from violence without legalizing prostitution altogether. While this solution is annoying in some ways, I think it makes sense as an optimal case. I'm going with practicality over idealism here. An argument can certainly be made to legalize prostitution altogether--which I'm surprised that Sweden, a country which prides itself on not enforcing "moral law," has not done, but I do t… | /r/MensRights | 12/12/13 05:26 AM
Oct 10th, 1993 - "Rapist of the Month" campaign at Oberlin college puts a random male student's name attached to an image declaring them a rapist. The group responsible justifies it by saying that it balances out because of women whose lives are ruined by rape.Defamation of character? | /r/MensRights | 08/11/13 03:51 AM
Breast Cancer Awareness vs Prostate Cancer Awareness.Years lost is important. Once somebody turns 80, they've lived longer than the average person. | /r/MensRights | 02/11/13 09:58 PM
I am a young man who was recently expelled from college on false sexual assault claims.I wouldn't sue the girl--just the school. It's a lot easier to argue a wrongful conviction than guilt of the witness. | /r/MensRights | 17/10/13 01:40 AM
Facebook has a policy of not allowing hate speech and hateful content? Not so much....Who said anything about a penis? I thought she had killed the guy. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/13 11:49 PM
Facebook has a policy of not allowing hate speech and hateful content? Not so much....You guys are seriously turning into the problem with this one. It drives us nuts when feminists rework statements to make them more offensive. Why are we stretching this one? | /r/MensRights | 03/10/13 02:27 AM
| -10 | Facebook has a policy of not allowing hate speech and hateful content? Not so much....It's satire. Let this one go! | /r/MensRights | 03/10/13 02:26 AM |
Facebook has a policy of not allowing hate speech and hateful content? Not so much....How about: Her first mistake was b*tching about my friends coming over to watch the game. Her next mistake was not running fast enough. The caliber of the joke is important. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/13 02:25 AM
| -1 | Facebook has a policy of not allowing hate speech and hateful content? Not so much....I also don't want things deleted because "murder is wrong." It's a cartoon. There will be "murders." | /r/MensRights | 03/10/13 02:24 AM |
| -4 | Facebook has a policy of not allowing hate speech and hateful content? Not so much....In this particular case I feel that the joke is intended light-heartedly and am not at all bothered by it. I think it's important to pick one's battles and I don't see much of a fight here. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/13 02:23 AM |
Munk Debates: Be It Resolved, Men Are Obsolete. (Note, no men are in the debate...)Doesn't matter to me as long as the two pro-men debaters have good arguments. | /r/MensRights | 18/09/13 03:35 AM
