I dont disagree, but attach a news article in post for more context. Very vague screenshot is not enough

Well if you go into an argument without understanding what topic and book we are discussing, your arguments really sounds stupid. Piece, sis ✌️

You just literally said women are attracted only to physical appearance. Ok then 🤷‍♂️ So shallow

Of course, every man knows this. Is this posted to show feminists that men are not only into sex or?

Thank you. For some reason its very popular where I live (Croatia). Its been a week, im still pretty hurt for this violation. I do know some principles of TA, ive read through Games People Play, and thinking maybe to find something appropriate for my neurodivergent mind. One of most attractive qualities of TA was the drama triangle and realizing it happens. Individually and socially. But im not sure will I find someone who has TA in small finger. For now, its very attractive for me any kind of h…

I wish I was optimistic as you. This 4th wave feminism crap is circling around since there was internet. Suckers make up stuff using suckers who believe and other suckers who believe and it goes into circles until it becomes a cyclone. Women are so gullible they will believe everything. I thought this was at a height in 2012, we are in 2025 now...

For me as a man, part of sex is not only penetration, but also pleasuring the woman. Its like you pay a therapist who will listen to you, but its more enjoyable to have a talk with a friend who doesnt need to listen to you. Why have fake orgasms when you can have real orgasms. I dont know if other men think like me, but pleasuring women is a big part of sex, or erotic relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 03:27 AM

I dont understand. Enjoying one's company as a platonic relationship or romantic relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 03:16 AM

Im pretty sure man wants someone who genuinely likes him as a person

I mean...it makes sense, but being alone all the time can make you very lonely. Im 42, most of my family died, friends disappeared when they got married. Yeah if you love yourself you will never be lonely, but not sure how to do that when having depression and anxiety your whole life

I hear you Im still struggling. She cant really not show if there is something she doesnt like. For example, some political, musical, even movie choice will make her really roll eyes for long time, feeling like she will almost puke. If she wants to help, why did she stopped my story and needed to emphasise how she is radical feminist? And that story was pretty innocent. Imagine if I say feminism is nothing more than group of people with victim mentality trying to blame other group of people for …

Ok yeah, thats true. You make some of the same assumptions as am I. One of the reasons psychoanalysts failed is not it doesnt work, but it takes years and years, ten to twenty years, sometimes two-three times a week. Moneywise its for rich people, and even rich people dont want to afford that. Rise of quick solution therapies which dont need years makes one average todays therapist think psychoanalysis as pseudoscience. In my opinion nothing is so easy. If your life was crap 40 years, you will n…

I cannot really tell her that i cannot go to therapy because she will always have bias with me and my whole gender. She will tell thats not true and its the patriarchy's fault blah blah... But in reality she cannot tell me what she thinks. I really told her the deepest secrets and her professionalism just cannot say: listen, im not really interested in men as my patients. She has to see me. In her mind she can hate men and most problably wont mind if all men die (shes a lesbian and i also found …

Ok thats true...but she made fun from Erich Fromm and when I actually read the book from him "Art of Love" she was really patronising and with a sour smile when I talked about it. Im not sure is this feminist thing or not, but I found his book deeply insightful, and its one of ten most influential books (which can laics read too) by psychologists. Other book from that list is Man’s Search for Meaning – Viktor Frankl, who made his own therapy school, and most of experts agree its influental on fi…

I hear you. But not sure how should I tread on from here on. One of movements of radical feminists is lesbian feminism, where by definition all women should be lesbian, because in opposite they support an enemy. I really dont want to hear stuff like that. If I ask her about hypothetical situation if all men died, would you have a problem with that, and she says yes, how can i not feel like shit? I already have low self esteem, traumatic past and she knows that. Im not gonna show myself more. Hon…

Depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts. Loneliness is a big issue. But every time I talk about myself and relationships with women, she makes an uncomfortable face. I wasnt sure why, i thought maybe she is unexperienced. Every time we talk about loneliness we hit a wall. She openly tells me she is prejudiced about faith, nationalism, and how she is communist, i dont mind this. Bit if she is with this passion prejudiced against me, how can i go on amd keep paying her

I understand. But im not sure I wanna do that. Facing someone about it can backfire, and im really tired of convincing feminists with some arguments how unfair it is. Maybe she is normal, but in this time she is deeply indoctrinated. I can ask: If every men died on this planet, would you have a problem with that? Do I want to know the answer? It can deepen the therapy only if she understands a world through my eyes, not sure that is gonna happen

I really didnt like to fact that she needed to stop me to warn me that she is radical feminist. It made me feel like shit and i dont want to censor myself just to hurt her feelings.

You make sense. But something was really strange when she needed that to mention during therapy, you know. She is not one of those big red feminists, pretty normal, but i know college she went and its very believable of indoctrination. She often speaks she is communist, I really dont care about it, but this is so typical of that college. I think I triggered her and thats why she needed to mention it, and talking it about her....well there are chances she will be reasonable, but i had my time tal…

Oh yeah I tried that. One of my best friends got married and I hear from him once every six months. Others scattered on all sides. As much as I don't like to say it some men just dont like to talk about emotions, most probably because thats the way environment shaped them. One of reasons I go to therapy is loneliness. Most of my family died, friends scattered, no girlfriend. In my 40s and trying to get the way out of loneliness and depression

Im not sure I wanna discuss with her, because talking with a feminist is like dismantling a bomb, it could blow to your face. How many times have I tried (and most of us) to give a convincing argument about its not about equality, awareness to mens mental health, suicide rate, homelessness, death at workplaces...it just bounce of them. Its patriarchy's fault. I think im gonna dodge that and go straight to ghost her. I mean the more I think about it, it was a sign but she cannot be straight with …

Yeah, I felt very uncomfortable when she said that. I can take it as a sign maybe not to continue this therapy anymore (i decided that anyhow). Im not going out with empty hands fortunately, she did give to my knowledge that I could be neurodivergent. That was spot on, but when talking about feeling of loneliness and relationships, I feel its just a dead end.

Not sure there is any evidence he abused children. But he made a lot of theories which sound ridiculous, but those are always only theories. Although penis envy is something that really triggers feminists and its one of their proofs of how men think about women. If they are so triggered by it, I think there is something in it. I dont think it is penis envy, but maybe moment girls realize boys are physically stronger than girls, or something simđilar

I explained it in some comments. I mentioned how I had bad experiences in group therapy where one psychiatrist treated me like shit, but not to women, and I mentioned she is feminist. Then she said im a radical feminist.

Oh yeah, I'm familiar with Campbell and Heroes Journey. I can completely understand why any feminists scholar dislike it, as hero's journey is man's journey. But this whole rite of passage why women cannot be heroes is because male attractiveness comes so much more than just looks, but a set of virtues he learns from that journey. Not only that, but matureness and everything else. To be a man is to be alone. Im not an expert, but that book is certainly on my book list.

Thats true. My therapist really disliked Freud and Fromm.
/r/MensRights28/01/26 06:10 PM

I wouldnt say designed, but definitely modified. Freud, Jung, Lacan, Beck, Rogers, Fromm...all pioneers were men. Last 20-30 years it became female terrain unfortunately

Men so much need some support, but are hitting walls. 4 out of 5 suicides are men. Then they get blamed because they wont go into therapy, but just because its so female oriented.

Good insight. The reason I stumbled into her therapy is because she is into transactional therapy. One of the corner stones of transactional therapy is drama cycle, and victim mentality. But how she cannot see that whole feminist movement is victim mentality, I dont know. I believe 1 to 20 of therapists is a good therapist. AD doesnt work on me, and im very suicidal so I know I need it, i cannot fight it alone. But its hard to find one good therapist. I found her once, older person who knew what…

This is exactly how I feel. Every time I tried to talk about how hard it is for me to have any relationship with women she often made a face and I felt it made her uncomfortable. Feminism is on top of the list why I feel like crap.

I mentioned how one female psychiatrist in hospital is biased towards men, treated me like shit and some women treated totally different (in group therapy). Then was the moment when she mentioned it, but said she understands my opinion. Im kinda glad she said that. I believe some therapists really care about patients even when you pay them, but if she will try to be professional but boiling inside, im not really sure this will be good therapy for me. Being into radical anything in my opinion is …

Im also neurodivergent, and my therapist is too, thats why I liked this relationship. I could talk about it, just wont have nerves to see when i trigger her. Also she needs to have composure so i will never really know how she feel about it, and how much biased she is. I am also atheist, I think religious people dont mind atheists do much.

I dont mind female therapist at all, in fact its even easier to open. But when someone says she is radical feminist and emphasises radical, I cannot think she wont be biased. I had really hard time with some feminists, often made me feel worthless, and knowing how triggering this can be I always avoided this topic. Talking about how men are worthless in this society and the whole feminism movement was never about equality will most probably trigger her. And also every time i tried to talk about …

I was very careful with nothing to say against feminists, so she can think Im a feminist too. Only this last session I said something like one person gives more attention to females than males, and mentioned feminism. And then is when she told me. Its a pain to get good therapist...i mean someone who knows what he is doing and not to expensive.. I mean there were some hints because she deeply disliked Freud

Definitely crossed my mind! Its just hard to talk about myself and my history, it took months and months. And I need to do it all over again

She didnt say nothing to hurt me, I poked this fact out of her. Maybe she has some empathy for me (although its hard to know when im paying her), but the fact this will always be on my mind and need to be careful what I am saying against females, maybe its time to somehow get out. To be man is to be alone

Problem with some countries in center, eastern and southern Europe is it seems that there isnt wokeism yet, but pressure from media (internet, newspapers, tv shows, movies) and mimicking western culture because its cool, is whats happening to those countries. Its like making a wave in west, and sometimes it takes even ten years for that wave to come, but unfortunately it will come. More and more I hear phrases like femicide, mansplaining, toxic masculinity etc.
