Well, even Nick posted it in his twitter a while ago. Just that they needed someone to run and manage the company. Rene maybe doesn't fully grasp the whole PUA community, but he might be a great businessman and manager who knows how to run this shit properly and has connections. So yeah, that's my guess which makes the most sense.
