That's pretty low. There's probably a bunch of stuff you need to fix. I'd highly recommend having a wing observe or getting an experienced coach to observe. haven't improved anything other than not really having AA anymore. Bravo! This one thing is HUGE!

Yeah, my experience is just that often, guys want to sleep with TONS of women because they have a sort of psychic "hole" in their soul, if you'll pardon the melodramatic speech. Author here. To clarify. . . "constant" in my experience means days, weeks or even months of blissful harmony, followed by a moment of sharp testing. So it's not constant (again, IMO) as in "every hour of every day." It's more constant like the same way you have to "constantly" go to the gym if you want to maintain the body you want. I hope that makes sense and sounds less depressing to some guys. It really isn't the drag it might sound like.

Good comments here. I would add: are you certain at above the 90% level that you can go out and practice the application of what you learned and the feedback you got from the bootcamp? If you are below the 90% threshold I would say wait until you've got the self-discipline to implement. The best feedback in the world is useless without consistent, diligent, repeated application.

You actually don't have to read that much. Start by saying "hello" to random women who walk by you. Do this 1x a day for 2 weeks or until you get bored. Practice is better than reading. Only start reading if you identify a stuck point in your experience. (Like: women won't give me their phone #s. Or: women won't meet me for dates. Or: women don't want to be my gf. Or whatever.) Gold. This works because of Consistency and Congruence. Women want to be consistent in how they have portrayed themselves to you, which is why you make it about them, the person, not a one-time act.
