I guess my concern is like....the attitude? No makeup looks are amazing! They're light, and bring out just the right features of your face without it looking like you've put something on it. Definitely the best thing in the entire world! I love the modern reboot of old vintage glamour; the gorgeous red lip with an otherwise clean and pared back face or the 60s-style winged liner with a nude lip and glowy, bronzed skin. These looks have withstood the test of time for a reason, they are universally flattering and gorgeous. I soooooo agree!!! It's just so classic and absolutely swoon-worthy, any woman that can create a flawless look like that instantly wins my respect!

Can confirm. Not a big make-up fan but when I had a GF that was really good at applying those, they would prompt me to serenade her to the tune of Hungry Eyes. "Zing-zing eyes! I feel the magic between you and I!" Haha! Always love the male POV - so true! It makes sense in a middle eastern context, but looks overdone and right out of place by US standards. This is a very good point - cultural difference, definitely something to consider!

Oh! adding to manbrows...what is with that shaved side of one head?? OMG UGH!!!! It's the worst. I love light contouring though. A lot of girls def go overboard but I am all about subtly enhancing the right features...I think that is super cool and never would have known to do that earlier!

Any sub with a high amount of women always seems to go towards feminism. I agree ): Fortunately this sub gives me some reprieve from those attitudes, and hasn't fell prey to that trap. Also, I've noticed a lot of posts in skincare/makeup subs can suddenly turn into threads with feminist arguments over... foundation color. Not even joking. I've seen this too!!!! My SO and I are all about easy crockpot meals! He eats a ton (big gym dude!) so there is never too much food around our place. We have been throwing together leftover vegetables, meat, and then regular Progresso soup and letting it go for 8 hours. So yum and so easy! (:
