When I first heard about game and started reading, I laughed it off. "tell a girl she can be my midget ninja sidekick and we can fight crime? That's gonna get me laid? Hah. No way.". I then tested out things people had told me to do, and for the first months I failed miserably. Gave it up. I have got back into self improvement, seduction and "game" for about a year now. I'm rambling. Basically, this shit works, you just need to practice and practice.

I do improv sessions and a bit of cooking classes. Highly suggest both, and you don't need a lot of "skill" or time invested to get into either.

Text her something that will force her to engage you, but this doesn't mean ask a question. For example: Say you wait a day before you text "what you up to?" boring, predictable, shit, what her friends will text. Saying something like "Well if it isn't my arch enemy, teenage girl, what villain things are you doing today so I can stop you!" much more light hearted and fun.

To be interesting you actually have to do things in your life. Go on adventures, travel, go swimming with sharks, sky diving etc. In terms of being funny, read books on improvisation, and there are lots of classes that teach improvising, most with a comic flair. Try them out, and they are also great for later dates.

Yeah i live in the UK as well, and ive found its really weird texting "oh i had a great time last night". what ive started doing is just going straight into a mystery conversation or something, to steal a couple lines from the Attraction Code, you - "omg no you didnt. if she replies something like "what?" you - "call me" Something along those lines. The key thing you should look at is you realising this is the best you've ever looked in your life. After two years, you have laid quite a few girls, look great and I'm sure you're more charming than 90%% of guys. That is a incredible achievement in two years. You've lost weight, improved your life, and you are a much better person for it. Concentrate on that, not a nights worth of rejections.

When I approach a two set soloing, usually i get another group of people around me involved. For example if I see another group that looks kinda cool, I just go to the girls "lets go make some friends" speak to other people (preferably a mixed group), introduce the two girls as tweedle Dee and tweedle dum. Then that way its easier for the other girl to get distracted and for me to cook something with my target.
