We are apes. And not the good ones of those, like Orangutans or Bonobos. There is no solution, salvation or hope for our future. I teach my kids Evolutionary Psychology, and basics of Sociology and Psychology, enough to acknowledge what is going on around them and be able to make their own choices in a healthy mindset.

Actually, you may find some quite interesting examples of experimental communities in USSR that were testing 'children of society' models. Even the National Socialists (yeah , those ones) had loved the idea and tested the similar pre WW2 and even during that. I totally agree with you about the greed part: My favourite Aerosmith song is 'Eat The Rich'.

Similar to Communism, the Late Stage Capitalism is also promoting individualism and a self centred life philosophy. The latter uses hostile gender confrontation and egoism in order to break down the romantic bond. Hence the outcome: Incels, viciously hateful feminists, broken families...

Has she had her hormones checked recently? Women are getting into puberty and the menopause earlier and earlier each decade, owing to the hormones and chemicals in our diets. Most of my friends have faced menopause around age 50.

Don't worry about the credit score. You have a life to set straight and a mind to rest. Credit score will improve. Most of us got financially crashed during the divorce, one way or another. Do you have debt charities etc. in your country that would act as a mediator and get your payments sorted out with the creditors without defaulting?

I have felt so bad for the kids. Maternal insinct seldom overcomes the selfishness/ego/self importance in the daughters of Boomer generation mothers. Please see if anything can be done to at least try to find a remedy and stay together under the same roof. Your ex(!?) wife might benefit from some psychological evaluation and support. Probably after all these years of suffering, you too.

So heartbreaking. Appreciating your patience and how manly you have managed to act. Does she have any history with drug abuse? I'd urgently find a children's therapist and continue under her supervision. What you described is horrible for the kid to endure. You have to protect your kid first. Not your ex. That kid has no one left to hide behind but you.

So sorry to hear all. I fully understand how you feel and your justified fears. I myself have tried to postpone all as much as I can until the kid is at least able to speak and share his thoughts and feelings. Unfortunately women don't have compassion towards men if there is no love present. Have you tried talking to your wife just to postpone the idea for a few years? Might be worth a try if you haven't. I have a very similar story. I suspect that you might also come from a toxic and hostile family that have broken your soul and mind as a kid. You are not evil. Evil people don't feel sad , worry , or make a sacrifice like this. Go and seek help. I have found a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist, and actually changed my interactions with my kids and they love me now. DM me if you want.
