Okay so these people are female supremacists, right? Like who could POSSIBLY say "this is why I'm opposed to birthing male children. If it was me I would've get an abortion" without believing that - It doesn't matter if a female child can ruin a man's life - A female child CANNOT ruin a man's life, implying that women are simply superior morally - Male children are destined to be evil (kinda the second point but whatever) - The world should not have males (only trans men)

Yeah it's not great for the ol' noggin.

First, untangle your messy word web please. Second, I made no true generalizations and spoke to a specific demographic that exists and denies its own existence for social benefit, so it's not as if I'm wrong here. Third, I did not say "women only care about good looks" and I would ask that you not slander me so. I am thoroughly unimpressed by what you apparently consider reasonable discourse.

Understood, but in this case I elect to ignore the law as it's clearly sexist. EDIT: Again, I get what you're saying but I don't have to like it, nor do I like the way it shapes public perception of male victimization. That said, I wonder if those laws could change someday.

Is that what you believe? If so we have nothing to talk about, but I posit this: When feminists conduct their "research" they understand what the colloquial usage of the word "rape" is (forced sex) and so defining the rape of a man as something other than rape takes the "bite" out of it, so to speak. The term "made to penetrate" simply doesn't incite as much anger, or desire to act and so men are denied the obviously correct term that we might not be seen as victims. So these "academic" feminist…

Does that even matter at this point? I mean in the present day pretty much EVERYTHING that isn't fully servile and pro-women in the extreme has the potential to be labeled incel rhetoric, so right now I'm far more concerned with whether or not a given statement has any merit and if I'm honest, the comment you responded to very much does. In fact, I'd say that appearance seems to be what matters most for both sexes irrespective of how much a complete disaster such a partner would be otherwise, wi…

No surprise eh? Honestly I'd appreciate if more people looked into the statistics by which they stake their opinions, certain laws and the way they judge the people around them because it's quite important. Even more so for feminists, as I can only imagine that even seeing a small fraction of the horrible epistemology that goes into feminist "research" would cause their entire worldview to crumble.

A LOT of people seem to still believe the "99% of all rapists are men" thing but even more so, many of the women who say these things probably lack empathy for men, or consideration for other perspectives or actual research/introspection. Even more so, I can't help but wonder if some of these women are close to, or outright are rapists themselves and seek to deflect these things onto men. That one is a bit less plausible but I hear "it's different" with respect to sexual, domestic and other form…

I find the biggest issue here is what's left unsaid, as these types of women DO typically value men for what they provide rather than as people, and considering where the "men are trash" dialogue, along with other dehumanizing statements comes from I'm not at all surprised that many men would be livid at the incorrect statement that women hold "the building blocks of society" whatever that means not only because it's wrong but because further dehumanization is imminent once these women have it i…

Eh, I'm crap at it so far. I will take your advice and leave social media to the more even tempered people, maybe there's some Men's Rights stuff around my area (though I doubt it). We'll see what happens I guess, hopefully there are others around here with an open ear to men's issues and perhaps a bit of empathy?

Man, that first paragraph is all me except for having a wife and kids! As for the worry, I'm touched but I don't know what you'd be worried about except that I'll burst a blood vessel. Kinda curious though. As for the rest, I'll probably take a year's break or so from social media (except for Pathfinder maybe, I love that stuff) as it appears to be killing me slowly. Maybe download that thing you were talking about!
/r/EverydayMisandry22/12/25 01:12 AM
2

You too, man. Thanks for giving me that definition of PE that doesn't center women, I did kind of need a reminder that it's not really something to be ashamed of, and that part of what matters there is whether or not I'm happy with my sex life (which I have not been). I hope you got something not awful out of this conversation, because I know I did! <3
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 11:57 PM

You're right about the satisfaction thing, and I'll definitely read that thing later but I wanna step back from this for now because I'm feeling extra sad about the prospect of not being able to find a woman who sees men as more than objects, and I'm letting that anger me to an EXTREME degree.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 11:24 PM
2

Yeah, but you have a good reason for it. I just really care about men in general, and principles and while that's a decent enough reason I shouldn't be an explosive catastrophe about it. So again, apologies. And I'm sorry you have to go through that, I'm not in your boat but I can guess that it's not pleasant.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 11:18 PM

Honestly, thank you for the part at the top (which I misread) because women's sexual dysfunction SHOULD be highlighted if men's is as well. That said, such things are often still blamed on the man in a way that the so called "premature ejaculation" is not so I still protest it.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 11:05 PM
1

If we're setting it at one minute then I can live with that, but is it true that women are only holding men to THAT standard? No. Anything that is less than what a partner wants is considered PE when it comes to men, and THAT is wrong. EDIT: No, it's still a fucked up term honestly. I doubt I'll ever be okay with it until women are considered to have "delayed ejaculation" for their natural difficulties orgasming.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 10:58 PM
2

And canada is a misandrist shithole, I don't give a FUCK what their government says. Please, please just think about how you'd feel in the shoes of those men and consider that maybe this door should just be closed given how often women default to PE when they're not happy. You still haven't answered me about how you'd feel if someone said you had delayed ejaculation just for being a woman.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 10:53 PM
1

I don't fucking care, it is a weak ass definition and doesn't deserve to be used as a weapon against men when their partners aren't satisfied.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 10:51 PM
2

Where's that sentiment of "Men's pleasure and dignity matter just as much" when you're pathologizing a normal aspect of biology and making its diagnosis dependent upon a partner as opposed to a doctor? Do you know how much it hurts to never be good enough no matter what because the person who's defining what's wrong with you has no reason to ever say "that's good enough"? Like seriously, if PE is defined BY THE PARTNER then there will ALWAYS be something wrong with me when things aren't great, a…
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 10:50 PM
2

The part about "PE only matters in relation to a partner's arousal" is what gets me, because in that case ANYTHING can be PE as long as the partner isn't aroused, but PE is nevertheless used as a bludgeon against men to justify a partner's ire and lack of communication in their sex life as it then becomes "you, the man have a problem and you need to deal with it" instead of "we have a problem, and we'll solve it together because I prefer things one way but I consider you as a person".
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 10:42 PM
3

Tell me true, if I said that you have "delayed ejaculation" or an actual physiological problem from not being able to come from PIV would you not consider that an unreasonable demonization of your biology and a dehumanization to boot? It's a common thing with women, as is "premature ejaculation" so why isn't there anything wrong with you for what you feel?
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 10:29 PM
3

And again, I'm arguing that "premature ejaculation" is invalid because it's pathologizing male biology without having an actual standard associated with the supposed condition aside from the man's "performance" which incidentally is WHY SO MANY MEN ARE PRESSED ABOUT THIS, BECAUSE WOMEN ARE DEMANDING IT. PE has NO standard, NO limitations EXCEPT what your partner wants. If I last for half an hour is it premature ejaculation? It is if my partner wants it to be, and that is where the term gets into…

The real issue is women like you.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 10:23 PM
3

You’re a slippery one honestly, turning this into another thing about men “not understanding women” and carefully sidestepping my actual argument, that such conversations are DEHUMANIZING BECAUSE THEY FAULT MEN FOR OUR BIOLOGY. Until you realize that and treat me like a person with feelings you can fuck right off, “premature ejaculation” does not deserve to be considered a condition and medicated for just because it helps you get off.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 01:39 PM
3

You made the same mistake the others did, pathologizing men for a normal bodily function. Your bullshit flowery language won’t make up for that lack of consideration. TREAT ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING DAMN IT.
/r/EverydayMisandry21/12/25 01:34 PM
24

I don't enjoy being pathologized for a normal thing, is all. Not that I've experienced this (I'm not dating currently) but I wouldn't appreciate the whole premature ejaculation rhetoric any more than women appreciate being criticized for periods, or discharge.
/r/EverydayMisandry19/12/25 08:11 AM
5

Reasonable, I just couldn’t help but be bothered by the dehumanization personally, it seemed so antithetical to the idea of an egalitarian movement. That, and I had personal experiences leading me to believe that feminism only acted to diminish men’s rights, and give women unique privileges based off some twisted idea of reparations, a concept I abhor most of the time.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates15/12/25 06:26 PM

Ooh, I want some elaboration! Not because I think feminism isn't oppressive, but because I'm interested in your methodology and what led you to that conclusion.

27

Yeah I mean what the fuck is this even? How can ANYONE claim that what is being done here constitutes as egalitarianism when these boys are blameless, and yet being treated as if they're monsters by default! That's what's being said, right? That without the influence of these organizations telling boys to "respect women" that they'll become rampaging, violent misogynists? And again, boys aren't stupid and they're gonna respond to this inequality by either hating themselves (that happened to me, …

This is how you destroy your self esteem and opinion of men. I would know, I'm bisexual and refused to believe it just because I thought men were THAT BAD, and felt like women were SO IMPORTANT that it'd be a horrible injustice to even consider a relationship with a man. Trust me, internalized misandry doesn't feel good in the long term.

I'd honestly appreciate if it were okay and not viewed as regressive to dislike promiscuity and not want such things in a partner.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates07/12/25 12:46 PM
1

Bad logic, I see promiscuous people as lesser partners because they have a history of treating others like pieces of meat, focus on entirely different things than I do in a relationship and have far more potential for unreasonable expectations in terms of sex as well as diseases. Tell me true, do you not value good sex over the actual connection with a person because of your history? I'd be surprised if engaging in such a lifestyle hasn't influenced your values and preferences, and likely not fo…

/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates06/12/25 01:31 AM

I dunno man, maybe I didn't say it properly but I feel as if the sentiments present in feminism, that men are oppressors and need to be taken down are stronger than ever it's just that they have different methods now. It's a slow choking out of men's rights, a constant redefining of language to ensure that women always appear oppressed, a monopoly on "egalitarianism" and full control over government organizations that dictate how demographics receive aid.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates06/12/25 01:26 AM

I will disagree a bit, if only because I feel that feminism has become more extreme and that could also be linked to it.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates06/12/25 12:27 AM

That's probably true, but I dunno if all the other propaganda balanced it out, as from what I know women are given preferential treatment with respect to hiring nowadays.

So, about the pay gap. As you might know it's more or less a myth, but I believe it serves as a good example of what would happen if ALL of those "issues" were solved. Feminists would continue to pretend as if they were still present, while fully downplaying the issues suffered by men and blaming "The Patriarchy", DEMANDING assistance with women's "issues" that no longer exist and monopolizing social assistance discourse, stuff like Domestic Violence Shelters. In that world men wouldn't be consi…

I found the comments made there INCREDIBLY dehumanizing. The people, mainly women on there talking about bi men made us out to be more accepting and less fetishizing of their same sex relationships, and also seemed to appreciate that bi men are more "open minded" which I believe is a case of women only caring about a trait some men have for their own benefit. I'd appreciate if such things were NOT posted here in the future, and ESPECIALLY not considered a positive series of comments. Unless the …

Bullcrap, I just don't want a partner who will treat me like a piece of meat. Most women with high body counts are gonna get that from hookups, and I DO NOT want any piece of people with that mentality. So all due respect, get that anti-prudish idea that people are ONLY bothered by the male male sexuality portion out of your head, as while I may have my preferences I'm not a prude.

Women are 50% of the population, undeniably responsible in part for the demonization of men and need to take SOME responsibility, ESPECIALLY when piece of shit feminists like are calling for, and receiving aid from men for everything from women's rights to funding for domestic violence shelters SPECIFICALLY for women while men have nothing in that department. A little bit of assistance with the mess that women are partially responsible for would be nice. Would you disagree that women have agency…

They know that the suffix "cide" is most commonly associated with genocide, homicide and all those words so they created (or appropriated, as is more likely) a word with broad application that nevertheless has EXTREME connotations relating to attempted extinction of a particular group. Please answer my question, what I cited was far from Reddit feminism and yet you're ignoring it for some reason. Those people are the tip of the spear, so to speak and they ultimately determine what feminism is in the real world. So when you say that Reddit feminism is bad, with the implication that real world feminism is good it comes across as disingenuous.

The feminists making actual decisions and leading the movement, along with the majority of feminists that are activists believe really nasty shit about men that undeniably produces a culture of misandry in a tangible and harmful way. I feel like feminists always say "well it should be better for both sides" without actually doing anything for both sides, and when it's men being victimized they do ESPECIALLY little, whereas if only women were suffering from Tea it'd be a no brainer to get it removed. That's a hypocrisy I hate, and I see it often with your type. So I spit on you, if only somewhat.

They'll take just ONE example and turn that into a trend, that's extremely common. It diverts attention away from the shitty things these women are doing and is unfalsifiable.

Those motherfuckers know what Rape is used for in a colloquial context, they're just conflating its usage in studies and in general to perpetuate the idea that men can't be raped by women, and that women don't really rape at all. It makes my fucking blood boil.

The worst part is, this kind of sets the standard for what "powerful men" look like. If even the beaten down and disadvantaged men of today are considered to be "powerful" then they'll just go further and try to take even more away from us, having lost sight of what power in society actually LOOKS LIKE. And it'll never stop either, since again men are very much less powerful than women today (at least in the US and any feminist country). It's just like classifying violence suffered by men as vio…

Of fucking course it is, what kind of idiot would think otherwise? The problem is that feminism associated itself with everything good, and once people agreed and it gained social power ALL of this garbage got so much worse. Now as long as it comes from a feminist, people don't scrutinize it overmuch. Whether it's a call for genocide or keeping women out of prisons, all's good as long as it comes from one of those odious, disgusting pieces of human shit!
/r/EverydayMisandry17/10/25 08:22 AM

It's more than that. If sex is about performance, and only performance when it comes to men then it's a thing with PRESSURE, an obligation, something that requires focus, awareness and carries a price for failure. It's not fun, and it certainly isn't a good time to bond with a partner. It sounds miserable to me, truthfully.

Maybe not, I just don't like the implication that neurodivergent people with mental health issues are necessarily feminists, and that they're the issue here by and large. Yeah, nothing wrong with defending yourself from the literal call to literal extermination of your sex, especially since #KillAllWomen is banned. Feels like a moot point to me honestly. To have circumcision exist for babies is a violation, and often comes down to looks. If you're in support of that there is nothing of worth in your perspective. I mean honestly, how is that at all comparable to you deciding to have one at 42?

These people probably love sex toys, if I had to guess. And even more so I bet they wouldn't mind taking from a sperm bank, or even just stealthing a guy and collecting his money. Wake up and smell the roses, whatever feminism is SUPPOSED to be about its impact is just harming men and giving women privileges, both in the modern day and even back during its inception. Voting without conscription, extra social safety nets and a whole load of conditioning the populace to make people believe that women are perfect angels incapable of wrong. If you can't see that by now then look HARDER, because it's there.
/r/EverydayMisandry11/10/25 12:40 AM

Isn't Mary Koss still pretty well respected in feminist circles? If you want any evidence that popular feminism is misandry with extra steps, look no further! Even worse, most feminists just flat out accept the things said by "academic" feminists even when they're horribly dehumanizing or HIGHLY suspect. Like, who would accept that men commit 99% of rapes? Surely for any good person that would set alarm bells ringing off in their head.
/r/EverydayMisandry10/10/25 06:39 AM

I'm not playing defense, I hate all of them.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates09/10/25 08:53 PM
1

Should we shame feminists then for their shitty beliefs? Why not start with Mary Koss? She frankly deserves to rot in a jail cell for the rest of her life for what she's done. Call her some names. That she uses power the way that she does is pathetic in and of itself, is that not call for insult? Where's the body shaming for those people? Try and be less of a hypocrite, if you would.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates09/10/25 08:10 PM
1

Incidentally, who is that and how can I destroy her life? Also Mary Koss is a real piece of shit for creating the conditions for these people to believe that women aren't ALREADY doing that, at least about as much as men are.
/r/EverydayMisandry09/10/25 07:34 PM

It gets worse though, given how rape is actually recorded in the US (at least by and large) women will never be anything but the primary victims, even if men are experiencing it VASTLY more, not that they are as it appears to be even. All that to say that they'll find ways to make themselves look like victims even if they're literally an upper class, effectively. We're heading towards something dark, and I'm starting to think that they'll just let it happen. That feminists would rather men carve…

Nah she's right, feminists make Men's Issues WORSE. Like unironically, I mean just look at Mary Koss!
/r/EverydayMisandry08/10/25 09:24 PM
11

Yeah, that doesn't surprise me at all. Maybe you guys have some different opinions, I've got specific trauma relating to this at all but at least in Feminist spaces there seems to be an unspoken lack of any issues with a woman completely dominating and controlling a man, at least with respect to the way it's viewed. It's even fetishized as far as I've seen, though the reverse is now considered unacceptable.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates07/10/25 01:35 AM
6

Which they shouldn't object to, considering that it implies WE'RE EQUAL.
/r/EverydayMisandry27/09/25 02:33 AM
8

Well there's a reason for that. A lot of the people who do that are feminists, and whether consciously or not they can, have and will demonize men for their own benefit. And this is one of those ways for them to benefit, as demonizing men in this way (aside from being a no win situation for anyone on the receiving end of such) is that they can more easily peddle all their nonsensical "statistics" and misandry with the moral high ground (at least from the perspective of outside parties who aren't…

Why are we always questioning whether or not Men have a right to exist as opposed to women? It feels as if bioessentialism is alive and well when talking about men, but absent entirely when talking about women unless it's to favor them. Even here in this egalitarian space, I feel that is true.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates11/09/25 10:07 AM
31

Oh yeah? Why the fuck won’t you help with the ABSURD 70% of one sided domestic violence committed by women in heterosexual relationships? Why do you brainless ingrates always expect men to self police without policing yourselves? Get some fucking morals and lose the double standards.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates18/08/25 11:07 AM
21

This is EXTREMELY poignant. For as long as they control the narrative, they get everything. Support from the Government, support from The Public, the belief that they are just superior and more critically sound from an ideological standpoint (That anyone at all believes that feminist "research" is unbiased and virtuous in its intention is extraordinarily absurd), unearned prestige pretty much everywhere they go and an undeserved metric tonne of privileges.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates17/08/25 09:11 AM

You’re not crazy, that’s very much what appears to be happening.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates16/08/25 06:49 AM

I disagree slightly, they seem to tolerate servile men but ultimately even more feminine men are often considered problematic as they move in on territory that feminists consider to be purely women's. I would agree that they despise men who are more masculine, as that was my experience.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates12/08/25 03:32 AM
9

Yup. The more they associate men's rights with incels, the less support we'll get as a whole. That's the reality of feminists.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates12/08/25 03:30 AM
5

I suspect it's amplified DRAMATICALLY because of feminism, which is basically a cult and throws any women who commit wrongthink out of their clique, often with something nasty to show them just how much of a mistake they made. In such an environment (though I do hold those women accountable for choosing to be feminists) it would be pretty tough to speak out against the majority. That is to say I believe that we'd see more women with reasonable opinions if it weren't for feminism. I would also ex…

Slight correction; what you're describing isn't Patriarchy, that's their conspiracy theory. I believe you're referring to gender roles.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates12/08/25 03:25 AM
9

Ah yes, the "women can do no wrong" type. Well I hope you're happy with yourself, the shitty mentality you have is the reason that so few people believe that women are capable of violence, or that they're simply being manipulated by patriarchy. Give yourself a pat on the back, because no one else will.

Try menslib, they'll give you a complimentary flail for all that self flagellating you clearly wanna do.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates06/08/25 02:18 AM

In fairness, they only say that to save face and signal to the champagne feminists (who frankly don’t care about what feminism actually is, they just believe that it’s good by default and are basically propaganda themselves). No sane human being could look at all the stuff that feminists are tacitly and sometimes openly advocating for and think it’s anything but a female supremacist movement.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates05/08/25 05:12 AM
11

Gotcha. Basically a trend chaser with some autotune, that amuses me even if it's disappointing to see someone do that. Come to think of it, I know some authors have turned to similar tactics. Thank you for humoring me, by the way.

Sorry to bother you, but since I'm curious could you tell me who Chappell Roan is and why she's a hack? I wanna get into music and I find that kinda interesting, especially considering that currently I probably wouldn't be able to tell personally!
/r/EverydayMisandry29/07/25 10:57 PM

Oh I'm sorry Mr. "I'm one of the good ones, please post me" do I not deserve privacy? Would you not feel violated if your partner posted your nudes, dick size or any of the other really private things that couples typically do together?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates29/07/25 10:49 PM
3

I would add one more thing. Find out of they're on AWDTSG or similar groups. I personally am not interested in having all my information traded to other women for a laugh. I'm surprised that you would fail to mention the harm that can do, or perhaps not as you appear to be drowning in false cheer.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates29/07/25 10:33 PM
27

I might still give it a shot, but with the caveat that I would never date someone who uses those groups or has used them in the past. I just don't want people like that in my life.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates29/07/25 05:56 AM
3

Like, no, you're straight up discriminating because of someones sex, and not some action they performed. They want the safety of discriminating against men, but they don't want the social stigma that is tied to discriminating, so they try and gas light everyone that it isn't discrimination. It's annoying as hell. That's basically feminism in a nutshell.
/r/EverydayMisandry29/07/25 12:13 AM

It just leaked that some women were posting guy’s nudes in the app btw. I find that hilarious considering that one of the pro AWDTSG/Tea people who's in here bashed the Teaborn app for supposedly posting revenge porn (it was gender neutral incidentally, so who knows who actually posted that as it could've been a bad actor who wanted the app gone) and used that as a means of bashing men, calling us "predictable". Guess it doesn't matter what her girlies do, everything is just fine as long as a wo…

Yeah I haven't been able to get through even ONE of this guy's posts as far as I remember (okay maybe one, a short one) and it's not because I don't recognize the words being used. They're just being used improperly, with very little consideration to how this frigging essay might actually be READ. Like damn dude, I really wanted to engage with this but you need like 3 editors and something to curb your incessant jargon flinging.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates28/07/25 06:59 PM

I'm curious how many women view actually EQUAL treatment as an affront of some kind, because as much as I hate to say that I believe there might be some weight to it, especially in feminist countries.
/r/EverydayMisandry28/07/25 06:57 PM

Yup. They lack any morality as far as I can tell so it's basically "no bad tactics, only bad targets".

Well I would prefer to know if there are other options, that much is true.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates23/07/25 10:40 PM

I agree. However, reason and charity do not work on feminists or misandrists (especially if they’re women, seemingly. I don’t understand why that is, but I believe it’s true). All they respect is the harm that can be done to them, violent or otherwise. Is that not evident from the way that feminist men are cast aside like garbage the instant they’ve fulfilled whatever task was laid before them? Or in the way that none of those people care a lick for men’s rights, but have the audacity to demand …

I’d like to do something to stop that, I just don’t know exactly what.
/r/EverydayMisandry23/07/25 04:58 AM

That’s especially true of feminists, funnily enough. No one should be calling them progressive though.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates22/07/25 11:32 PM
8

Good god I hope most women don’t do that, because I just had some of the most violent thoughts I’ve ever experienced thinking about someone getting off to my suffering. What a repulsive thing to do to your partner. I never want to meet anyone like that, let alone have a conversation with them. The very idea makes me skin crawl.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates22/07/25 12:53 AM
6

I don't understand why that would be the case, but I do realize as well that it's very obviously so, as if it were not I don't believe we would have Feminism at all. Those women are college educated academics and should know better, yet they (being the ones who dictate Feminism's directive) choose again and again to harm and oppress men for their own benefit in the short term instead of fostering a better society for everyone. That is not something I can really wrap my head around, so maybe it d…

Well we ditch the whole "Patriarchy" framework for one since it's a bs word that can basically mean anything. Then we'd have to find out, with legitimate and not cherry picked and heavily manipulated studies (feminism and feminists are guilty of such manipulations most of the time) to find out where both men and women are disadvantaged and what can be done about such problems. Getting rid of feminist dogma also opens us up to just being decent to one another, since women's heads would no longer …

Feminism has to go, no matter how different some form of it claims to be from its horribly misandrist roots. And none of those niche groups of "good" (blech) feminism support men in any capacity, call out misandry in any capacity (especially when it comes from their ilk) or try to get rid of any legal advantages women have or make them universal across genders. These people are pieces of shit, in case the sub you're on hadn't proven that enough. The horrors I've suffered through because of them …

I'm not especially sorry to tell you that there are an equal number of deranged women who say this to attractive men who post themselves online. Their behavior is considered acceptable though.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates28/06/25 02:40 PM
4

You really ought to, I'd be interested to see why you said what you did when it'd undeniably true that men are held to a higher standard than women are in terms of how they act around the opposite sex.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates17/06/25 10:20 PM

Which is funny considering that they don't seem to care at all about men getting exploited, or at least they won't do anything to stop it,

I know, but I really value my privacy so it's worth considering whether I'm interested in EVERYTHING that dating would bring. It's just that I'd never considered the whole "locker room talk" thing before since that's something I would never do to even an acquaintance, let alone a close friend and certainly not a partner! That a significant portion of women apparently do this (and since this sub is fairly level headed, I tend to believe what people here are saying) is appalling beyond words. So y…

I don't know that I understand love, truthfully.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates23/05/25 12:56 AM

Well you're correct about the left one at least. The right one might be true for human beings as a whole, but I personally don't believe as much.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates22/05/25 09:39 PM
4

I very much realize that. Nevertheless it doesn't exactly fill me with joy that someone was vilifying straight men as a whole.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates22/05/25 04:20 PM
11

Fuck no. They're going down and they NEED to go down. Feminism was nothing but self serving misandry from the beginning and I will not endorse it in ANY capacity.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates20/05/25 07:01 PM
13

I really want to hate you for vilifying straight men in the first place, I mean that's just sexism.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates20/05/25 06:50 PM
9

Why WOULDN'T girls grow up to hate men based on all the ways they have been mistreated by men? Not gonna lie, the lack of logic here makes my blood boil. The thought process of this woman appears to be that since some men did bad things to some women (not her) that she has the right to demonize men who haven't committed any acts like that en masse. Would she say the same in reverse? My mom abused me so horribly that I nearly have a split personality, does that justify hatred of women?
/r/EverydayMisandry26/04/25 06:51 AM

Try reporting a certain gynarchist sub and you'll get the same thing.
/r/EverydayMisandry17/04/25 03:29 AM

So, this may be an unpopular opinion but my hypothesis is that what you described was caused by the prominence of feminism. The pattern for feminism is as follows, more often than not; Make an unreasonable assertion, cherry pick data to support the claim and apply significant double standards while using what is effectively gobbledygook (I mean have you read feminist literature? It's abhorrent.) to justify those standards. TL;DR You're entirely right, it's just social manipulation at this point.…
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates09/04/25 11:16 PM
13

Yeah, nice try whoever made that post. What a ridiculous assertion made in an attempt to manipulate people into discarding their own interests for hers.
/r/EverydayMisandry09/04/25 12:18 AM
15

I feel isolated from some people, namely my family. Hopefully any partner I had wouldn't take any issue with it but I won't know until then. As for the other questions, since my family is very likely feminist I don't really talk to them unless it's necessary. And honestly it'd be outright impossible to have a feminist as a friend.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates08/04/25 08:51 AM
6

Good examples!
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates05/04/25 09:04 PM

I don't believe that we need a male only version of this sub, as I know there are women who are against misandry as well and I'm not super eager to exclude them.
/r/EverydayMisandry03/04/25 12:21 AM
19

That's a negative honestly, I mean who thinks this is a good idea? All it'll do is fuel the already entirely irrational fear of boys and men while also making them feel demonized. I suspect that the best, AND I MEAN BEST that'll happen is people simply ignore it. At worst, they'll create the monsters they fear so terribly which certainly will not go well in the long run, though frankly I'd say anyone willing to inflict this on boys deserves the consequences of their unconscionable actions.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates02/04/25 02:48 AM
18

Because at its core feminism truly was never and will never be about egalitarianism. People were duped into giving it unbelievable amounts of power over society and this is the consequence. If you listen, and I mean really listen to the undertone of what feminists are saying then you'll realize that they simply do not care. The most you'll get out of them is some lip service but otherwise what you said is pretty standard when it comes to situations where women are advantaged. It's a human thing …

is this the sub I'm thinking of?
/r/EverydayMisandry31/03/25 03:51 AM
1

Yeah, the Reddit admins don’t consider men to be “vulnerable” so hate speech against men isn’t really punished. I think one of the featured posts in leftwingmaleadvocates or this sub has more details on that. Sucks honestly, I really want this place to be decent.
/r/EverydayMisandry30/03/25 03:30 AM

A lot of social media is misandrist or will downplay what men (including gay men so you in this case) experience. Those people aren't worth anything really, they've been absorbed by their ideology and it's damn near unthinkable to have a reasonable conversation with any of them. I'm sorry that you were treated like this, I hope for better but reddit is not a likely place to find that.
/r/EverydayMisandry29/03/25 05:54 PM

Seconded!
/r/EverydayMisandry29/03/25 05:51 PM

So she's an idiot. Also good god, "femme presenting individuals" are endangered by men? They're really stretching this as far as it can go without saying that men and women are a danger to men and women.
/r/EverydayMisandry29/03/25 05:49 PM
29

It is, but I believe it's worth noting that the word "misogynist" gets thrown around far too often. It doesn't justify what that guy said but I think it's true.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates27/03/25 08:45 PM
31

Truthfully I don't even believe this one.
/r/EverydayMisandry27/03/25 06:12 PM
19

The answer is actually "human beings" and most recently feminists, a predominantly FEMALE group. Also, "patriarchal thinking" isn't real, it's a feminist contrivance used to demonize men and only men.

Feminism does not stand for equality.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates26/03/25 02:55 PM

/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates25/03/25 09:43 PM

My dude if you wanna see the list of ways in which feminism was "beneficial" to me then I would be happy to share it. Feminism is one of the worst social plagues on this earth.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates25/03/25 09:27 PM

The more I hear about feminist academics, the more I realize how completely insane they are.
/r/EverydayMisandry25/03/25 09:00 PM

I'd appreciate it if you left this sub, I'm not one for echo chambers but I will not be gaslit into believing that "toxic masculnity" is not a demonization of men. Or at least that it doesn't lead to that outcome.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates24/03/25 09:50 PM
2

It's because the term "toxic masculinity" has a significant subjective element that you are disregarding to make your point. Toxic masculinity is determined by the person talking, and as a result of that any man could and perhaps even should feel targeted by it. All men could be considered masculine in some way, after all. It also serves to highlight an ENORMOUS double standard, which is that while masculinity is often demonized and needs to be policed in the eyes of feminists, toxic femininity …
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates24/03/25 09:49 PM

Why hasn't someone taken this to the Reddit Admins? Those screenshots are waaaaay beyond the pale. I mean holy shit.
/r/EverydayMisandry20/03/25 09:24 PM
2

I would not see that actually, as it's not true. The focus here is on MISANDRY, which has been present for as long as misogyny. Do you go to feminist subs for Mra stuff as well? The reality is that practically everyone here is aware of misogyny and it's just not the topic of discussion HERE IN PARTICULAR, in fact the reason it isn't is that such discussions happen everywhere, all the time while misandry is considered a myth in a majority of circles if people are even aware of what the word means…
/r/EverydayMisandry19/03/25 07:31 PM
2

Yeah but it was still searchable, I can't find it anywhere on reddit now! I tried searching while not signed in to no avail so I figured it was just axed altogether!
/r/EverydayMisandry18/03/25 10:22 PM
13

Misandry is not a response to misogyny, you're using others hatred as a means of justifying yours. Why not try treating men and women as people, and as individuals? Call out individual instances of misogyny and misandry, which incidentally is what I'm doing and try to give others the benefit of the doubt. Truthfully right now you're as bad as a majority of misogynists out there.
/r/EverydayMisandry18/03/25 08:13 PM

My dude, sexism is pretty far from okay and it's not "boo fucking hoo" to hold you and others accountable for it.
/r/EverydayMisandry18/03/25 08:08 PM
6

I just wanted to let you know, person who's definitely evading a ban that femcelsupermax (if it's still around) is full of unacceptably toxic and horrible things said about men and just because I can't see it in my feed anywhere doesn't mean I'm going to stop reporting it for the things I know are there.
/r/EverydayMisandry18/03/25 08:00 PM
3

Who's that?
/r/EverydayMisandry18/03/25 07:34 PM

Yeah, it's almost like they're EXACTLY THE SAME AS INCELS. How do people not realize that? Also, I believe that subreddit is gone now so huzzah!
/r/EverydayMisandry18/03/25 06:34 PM
1

Good to know, I didn't believe anyone would get banned for saying those things given that the sub still exists but I was wrong!
/r/EverydayMisandry17/03/25 03:03 AM
1

Banned from the subreddit or banned from reddit? If it's the latter then they certainly deserved it.
/r/EverydayMisandry17/03/25 01:45 AM

How can you hate the Infinity Stick?! No whimsy survives that guy I swear.......
/r/EverydayMisandry15/03/25 06:29 PM
39

You're right, I would say I'm against labeling it as misogyny purely because that feeds into an already established narrative that's harming men (as well as being incorrect in this case and many others). Let's just call it a murder and leave it at that. Not that anyone should object to calling it a murder, but ah......clearly people want to make it about something else.
/r/EverydayMisandry15/03/25 05:33 AM
1

No, I imagine it's surprising that they're allowed to say this obviously hateful and sometimes threatening garbage without receiving a ban.
/r/EverydayMisandry14/03/25 11:10 PM
2

Pretty messed up but not unexpected given the subject. Also, since I wanted to vent a little bit I'm just gonna say that the Gen Z subreddit is a cesspit.
/r/EverydayMisandry14/03/25 01:06 AM
11

Bro that subreddit needs to take a metaphorical sledgehammer to the fucking face, I just read dozens of posts in there and it is DIRE.
/r/EverydayMisandry13/03/25 12:25 AM
3

I know we're dunking on the shitty person who made that post, but I'd like to point out that RelativeShock3940 isn't any better. Gatekeeping Masculinity is just as bad as the stereotyping done by that OP. In fact it might be worse, and there's no doubt in my mind that the person who said that was not only a woman but wouldn't hold herself to the same standards she laid out for Masculinity and thus men.
/r/EverydayMisandry05/03/25 07:06 PM
10

Yeah my eyes actually bulged when I read this garbage. Why would any of these people assume that younger boys aren't acting out for the same reasons or with the same pressures and exempt them from Young Offender Institutions as well? I wonder what sort of methodology Susannah Hancock used to come to the conclusion that young women shouldn't be placed in those. Certainly there would be no bias from feminism, and no issues arising from that being just ONE INDEPENDENT STUDY WITH NO OVERSIGHT. Nah I…
/r/EverydayMisandry05/03/25 07:03 PM
2

Honestly I just don't quite get why they'd assume that, and I think it's one of the many harmful aspects of feminism. Raising standards on men, telling women that they're perfect, upholding more "traditional" aspects of heterosexual relationships, all the while ensuring that men are as disadvantaged as possible and trying to gatekeep masculinity. It's horribly sad from almost every angle.
/r/EverydayMisandry03/03/25 07:31 PM

The bigger problem is that they're saying it to all men, and male VICTIMS especially when only an extremely small portion of men have said something like that in the way they're thinking it was said, and importantly we don't look upon those men well AT ALL. So why not just go after the people saying that instead of stereotyping all men as having said that and using it as a justification to further harm an innocent person? Fuck feminism for making this a reality.

Yeah I'm not even sure people outside of Police are actually saying that, and that may be more to do with reviewing security cam footage or gathering eyewitness testimony if that's relevant for any reason. Considering that I've never in my life seen or heard of someone actually saying "What was she wearing?" outside that specific context of gathering information for an investigation or movies, I can't help but feel like this is just more "I saw something once and now stereotype every man as beli…

I must wonder if her "bar" contains standards that she herself would find acceptable, if she could even meet wht she describes as a not-really-all-that-high bar. More likely she'd just move some goalposts, say something about women being oppressed and beg off any relationship where she's expected to give as much as she takes. It's fairly standard at this point.

Not gonna lie, this behavior is encouraged from women and it really, really shouldn't be. I don't know how society at large hasn't clued in to the fact that this is completely deranged and unacceptable. I mean......it's just really tiring. Short answer: No, not in the places where it's actually discussed and more to the point it's not government mandated, that's just absurd. In fact, as you mentioned violence against MEN done by women is often covered up, downplayed, or even deemed acceptable. This is just a case of someone shifting goalposts in favor of women, where any perception of harm towards women has to be addressed fully and without examination or due consideration towards how men experience such things and how comparable …

Honestly it's waaaaaay too little and waaaaaaaay too late for them to say this after all the horrible shit that's come out of feminism both of late and as early as its inception (obviously the modern feminists aren't to blame for the early misandry in feminism but they do embrace it far too willingly). Realistically feminism is just awful on every level, from how well "feminist scholars" conduct research to the way that they perpetuate misandry, and let's not forget how many laws were born of ob…

Feminism is a trillion dollar a year business. I'd love to see more people cover the inner workings of that, honestly. Because you're totally right, Feminism IS a business. It's beneficial for ultra wealthy capitalist people, it's beneficial for most governments because they can get more people working and it's beneficial for the feminist organizations that more than likely are pocketing a sizable chunk of whatever they get in donations. I can only assume that they lack critical thinking skills to believe stuff like this without examining it further. That's really something that should be encouraged at schools. To me that is in and of itself grounds to refute its existence. An idea with no clear definition and malleable boundaries is no idea at all, it's just a propaganda tool. Yeah aside from being complete nonsense, "Patriarchy" is absolutely primarily used in the way that you just described and loses its merit on that alone. I hate to say it, but that's entirely correct. What feminist would give up the advantages they have in order to give men's activism money, power and influence in the world? They'd be doing that even IF they just stood aside and left men alone for the most part instead of constantly demonizing them. See, that's the issue with the term "patriarchy". It doesn't really mean anything anymore other than those more concrete definitions, and so this person will have to clarify what they mean since the feminist usage of the word is completely insensible and sexist.

Yup, that's by far the worst part of it. Having a word that means anything you want it to at any point in time while also not meaning the things that it generally means if you don't want it to makes the "patriarchy" itself an example of the Motte and Bailey fallacy. It doesn't help that feminism co opted an actual word to make things even more confusing. I feel that's a fairly common thing in feminism, actually. I like that last paragraph. Feminism often ascribes any and every negative action taken by a woman to be the result of "the patriarchy" (which is incorrect) and I believe it's far more egalitarian and reasonable to see women as having agency over themselves. Yeah, I've seen that sentiment a lot for some reason. I think I understand what you're saying. The lies are an interesting part of this, as finding women to be morally the same as men is somewhat affirmed in cases of murder through evidence, and when applied to other things (such as false rape allegations, or simply the allegations themselves) the default assumption of women being able to lie and requiring evidence is almost directly contradictory to the typical approach in these circles, so the delusion you described seems like a reasonable answer…

That's a good point, as I believe that most of the people posting "Not all men but always a man" at least in earnest would argue that a woman committing the same act doesn't apply to all women in the same way they seem to think this applies to every man. Or that it's in the minority, some excuse like that. In reality they seem to have a narrative and anything falling outside said narrative is ignored.

It honestly seems to me that feminism at its core, the most basic framework that it presents is actually misandrist by its nature. The fact that these can all reasonably be called feminism and not outright rejected by the entirety of those who have shaped and supposedly follow those tenets of equality indicates that much at least. More to the point, feminism becomes a useless word and a useless movement if every branc…

I kinda figure that. It's just a tad frustrating that this all seems to be based off presuppositions as opposed to significant research and conclusions based off it. To be more specific, it seems that they're looking for an excuse to continue the narrative that women are universally oppressed rather than making an earnest effort to improve society. It's a reminder that many feminists are just average people, with no knowledge of how to navigate the studies that many of them parrot and a signific…

Oh, and I apologize for the tangent. I didn't really respond to your comment, just went off about something that was already brewing in my head. But uh, it is a bit weird how much Feminism appears to be ideology first and practicality, research and empathy to be a very distant collective second. I'm very much reminded of the gender pay gap and how quickly people jumped on that, even though the research appears to have been poorly conducted in hindsight, or there simply wasn't enough data to make…

That's what I'm seeing as well. I was trying to think of ways in which Feminism is an egalitarian movement, and the only I was able to resolve that idea was to assume that women are disadvantaged and oppressed in every situation across every axis, as Feminism only ever attempts to address women's concerns and grant greater rights and privileges to women. It's been said before, but this is basically trickle down social justice or equality or what have you and aside from not addressing any men's i…

This is the part that vexes me most. How is Feminism a men's movement in any way, shape or form? It doesn't really even do anything positive for men, let alone resolve any issues that men face predominantly. As far as I know there's money being raised for the explicit purpose of getting more women into STEM fields, and this appears to be widely endorsed by Feminism at a mainstream level but I rarely hear them talk about the vast majority of homeless people being men or even attempting to underst…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
