Read both books. Money well spent. Book 1 in particular was life changing. However year 5 of your blog sucked. Read most of the posts and wayyyyyy to esoteric.

Some of my beta guy friends are like this to a T. Why?

Had an extremely similar situation (probably like many others on this forum), so here are some things that might help. First, we were the same age (26) and had similar relationship lengths (4 years). Here's what I can share based on my experiences: Based on some academic literature I found, it will take you 1/2 the time you were in love to get over your past girlfriend. I can't prove out this figure, but you should expect to be in pain for at least another year, maybe 1.5 years (assuming the fir…

"don't judge her based on her actions she might have a perfectly reasonable explanation for this you never know" That is exactly how TRP views life. Judge by actions and their results, not by intent. Intent is theoretically great, but not the masculine way to approach thing. Too cerebral. Too feminine.

This makes a lot of sense. Thanks

I'm on SS, and cleans are so great. Totally get the benefit of barbell rows, but the explosive element of cleans and the slight technique requirement make it very enjoyable.

I also quit drinking 8 months ago and keeping my friend group has proven harder. Now that I don't enjoy staying out until 2am on a monday (because I'm at they gym at 6am the next day), I see the old group less and less. How do you make new friends when you're out of school that are also into healthy habits?

"No, let him beat my ass because this is what you want. Are you going to walk with me or are you going to walk with him....you're my girlfriend, of 3 years, why can't you come home with me? Seriously? Why can't you?" Puke. Fucking puke.

Fantastic write up. Shit tests for me are the hardest part. Seeing the shit test, having a chance to try to answer it in my head, and then seeing your (mostly perfect) responses is super helpful. Thanks man.

did you read the ending to that book? ayn rand is BP as fuck. the jungle offers more RP truths than atlas. I've read three of her books. The first one was a few years ago during a heavy blue pill phase; I can tell you I found finishing her book physically painful because of the amount of cognitive dissonance I was facing. Read her book in 3 days...and eventually her ideas won out. Not blue pill in my opinion.

None of the men mentioned seem high status and the way they treat her suggests she is at best a 2am plate. Yet that's the feminine ego....she envisions herself a grear desireable woman just because she gets a text message when the guy is close to passed out drunk.

What do you mean by this quote? Seems really aggressive for a chick you netflixed and chilled with: The oneitis girl and I talk on Monday. I break things off. She writes me a 3 page letter. Things seem to end. "

I can't speak for the community, but here's my view on it. As a mid 20's dude, there are very few positive role models to look up to in today's society. More importantly, there are very few holistic (i.e. whole body / person) perspectives on how to be a better person. One of my top 3 goals in life is to have kids that are happy and are well equiped to thrive. As a man, how do I work on creating the necessary conditions for that? For me, that is through RedPill philosophy. Think about what RedPil…

Totally agree. If she sees you read your text message withing 37 seconds of her sending it, how much tension are you really adding for not responding for an hour? Will she think you spent all that time crafting your reply? A true alpha doesn't "draft" messages. Maybe there's something to the read receipt thing, but it's a clear positive for most guys.

This is a field report. You're not supposed to get it perfect. The community wants you to be successful, but imperfect write ups are just as useful. We're all trying to improve and increase our abilities, and F-closing on a first date is hard. Personally I've done it once, and your write up still helped.

Tinder has all kinds of people. While you're right that generally Tinder will yield at best a plate, life has a lot of variety and you never know.

Nice write up. Shows a lot of maturity to be so open to post something like this, and to reflect so deeply on something form a long time ago. " At the time, I think I may be in - mistake, you never "think" you are you only know you are. If you think you might be, you're not. " This quote stuck with me...what I took away from it is that secret promises don't work; you can't give a girl what she doesn't want (you, or your time), and expect her to give you what you desire (her). The only way it wor…

I think we're just disagreeing on wording. Flip the scenario and imagine it's you walking into your favorite bar. Clearly if you got there and there were a lot of fatties, you would not be happy. You being unhappy doesn't mean you don't like women, or that you want your bar to be male only. It means you want the right women. Now they don't have to be perfect, they just have to likely not be hideous or at least fuckable. The only difference is, men have a much lower threshold than girls in what "…

Agree with you, but realistically you also got lucky on probability. Check out the graph linked below. It suggests after 3 years you have a 50% cumulative probability of a pregnancy using the withdrawal method. Realistically, if you have perfect form, it's probably a bit lower, but it's up to the individual to decide if a 22% one year probability is something they will accept. In my eyes however, the only 8% increase in pregnancy chance over 3 years of using a condom over pulling out suggests th…

Fully agree with this. I've only done one level, however I would also add a warning. If you don't need the socialization aspect of it, improv is one of the most blue pill things you can do. I can expand on it, but I feel very strongly that improv with regards to red pill is very much a "two steps forward, one step back" type activity.

RedPope is spot on. If you're not getting sex, and there's no other reason to hang out with her, why are you spending time with her to begin with?

Truthfully, is there anything sadder than a girl that wants to be appreciated for her beauty that is completely ignored? Some women say that going through life as if they're pretty much invisible is one of the worst things ever. Girls don't want to not be approached by guys; they just want to be approached by the right guys.

After trying on and off for a decade (and being roughly successful for 3 years) getsomeheadspace.com, either in the app or website form is highly effective and worth recommending. While it costs money, and on a recurring basis, it's the only product out there that "fits" in modern society: on-demand, mobile, guided, sequential yet independent lessons.

Appreciate the reply, but in my practical experience this is not true. A high-end cash pay doctor will boost you, even if you are in range. My doctor told me: 250mg to 1197mg is the normal range, but what exactly is normal? We should be focusing on optimal. And optimal is no where near 300. And his wellness range is 800ish, depending on the situation. Love the guy. Moral of the story: don't overgeneralize a very small observation set (your one personal experience).
