Just the other day she was highly upset at my bf because he wasn't putting sauce on chicken that was going to be cooked for dinner. That's one example. It was very ongoing. If he, or the husband, doesn't do things NOW then she'll get very upset and nag

I should have also mentioned we go back and forth between our homes. So every other week I'm over there. But good idea, I'll try to get us out more.

Don't be afraid to tell him you are proud of him! Also, offer a shoulder/back rub. Make him feel like he is still just as manly as ever.

I discovered a TV documentary type show on YouTube called The Frontier House. It doesn't show RPW qualities, more like the opposite. It shows how modern women often act compared to men. I liked watching it because it proves the RPW methods to be true.

If it were me, I would walk away from this relationship. It doesn't matter how much you say you love him. If he doesn't respect you then you are wasting your time. You deserve a lot better.

Two goals for this month. 1. Practise being more open and vulnerable with boyfriend. He has made it clear that he likes it when I can be soft with him and he can "protect" me from my worries. 2. Go with the flow more. I've caught myself quite a bit being bossy or rigid.

I'm kind of struggling with that as well. I take baby steps. For me, I practice little things like wearing color in my outfits, wearing jewelry, spritzing on perfume, keeping my hands and feet soft, etc. I also try to keep modest in the way I dress. Also, ignoring those who make remarks is probably the best way to handle it. They are only making a remark to get a reaction out of you.

Wow good for you! This is quite inspiring. It's amazing what happens when we stop micro managing and just let things happen. I feel like it's so rare these days for women to consider what men want in relationships and then try to focus their attention on them.

I knew I was doing this right when an old boyfriend said "You make me feel so attractive and appreciated." Yay!

That shocked me! I couldn't help but feel terrible for the husband who was probably going to watch the episode, or his family. Or HER family.

The two biggest ones for me are You aren't on his priority list. Been there, done that. Don't be taken for granted even if he repeatedly will tell you "I will never take you for granted" He is bossy There is a big difference between a man who is gonna lead both of you as a couple, and who will only want to lead YOU around.

I literally was thinking the same thing! I absolutely love her outfits even if they are older looking. I also love how she talks with people. She is polite and warm to everyone and doesn't snap at someone if they are rude to her (and they can be!) She also knows how to take care of a home, but also be independent. Not sure if you have seen this website but I love it. https://mrsfletcherscloset.wordpress.com/

Remind yourself that he is a grown man and if he needs you for something he'll let you know. That's so much easier said than done! But it'll give him the space he needs. While he is focusing on his stuff, why don't you plan a little romantic evening or fun outing for the two of you when he does have the time.

It sounds like he doesn't respect your choice. You should tell him straight out "Our long term plans aren't going to work out. Take care." Be ready for guilt tripping. Ignore it. Be firm but not mean. Honestly, I would just call him on the phone. Don't even meet him in person because he'll have more of an effect on you. After you tell him it isn't going to work out, ignore him.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
