I feel like you didn't really get my point. There are a lot of reasons why a speed limit might be lower than what one person can drive on the road. I can drive 80mph on a back road near me, but the speed limit is 55mph, because other people can't drive that fast on it and the road itself is not made to withstand that speed repeatedly. Speed limits are made to keep a road safe, those who live near the road safe, and insure a road has a long life span. Lots of roads have lower speed limits because they go through a residential area or because the road was not built to survive consistently high speed vehicles. Just because it's possible to drive the road at a high speed without crashing doesn't mean it's safe

My comment was more about his whataboutism when he told the guy to say "not all men". Well, in my opinion, the best way to make a change is not through ridicule but through listening and having them listen to you. I understand why religion gets so many people upset. However, almost every large origination has had issues with pedophilia, the school system, for example, has major issues with pedophilia.
