1	What if you have no confidence at all? Meant to edit my comment, but my redditt app doesn't allow it for some reason? Anyways I also wanted to note that you probably don't look as bad as you think you do. Humans generally judge themselves harsher than others actually do. Plus even if you really are ugly, there is a LOT you can do to improve your looks, the best and cheapest one is to work out. 3	What if you have no confidence at all? In my experience, the best way to gain confidence is to step outside our comfort zone on a regular basis. For example, I used to be nervous about looking people in the eye, so I would practice by looking at their forehead and slowly work my way down peoples faces. It also helped to practice on random people, whom I knew I'd never see again, that way if I embarrassed myself it didn't matter.
