Girl I gave birth not long ago and literally the top thing I wish I did differently in pregnancy was do more strength training. Labor is the workout to end all workouts and I felt like I was not physically strong enough. Obvi I was and I did give birth lol but I really wish I had prepared more for that aspect of it. There is nothing bad about strength training.

Thank you so much for all the insight!! One thing I was kind of thinking about was maybe having like a smaller, less complicated wedding but then traveling abroad and maybe doing like a bridal shoot in some beautiful location or something. I don’t know if that’s totally crazy idea but I just wonder if there are other unconventional things people do

I start the day with a full glass of water with a tablespoon or so of lemon juice in it. So easy, very refreshing and hydrating, does wonders for my skin.

My ex did the same to me. He always made me feel like I wasn’t quite independent enough, loved him a little TOO much, somehow needed to prove that I didn’t really need him. I think in our case he just loved the chase significantly more than he loved me. It led to months and even years of confusion and pain that ultimately led to me being even more emotionally dependent and needy than I would normally be, because he artificially withheld love and affection from me.
