3	Equal pay for unequal work. Not all women. Most women....mother of 4. 2 natural births and one cesarean and I can promise you labor pain imho is mild compared to a tooth that desperately needs a root canal or wisdom teeth pain. I would rather feel the pain of labor than tooth pain any day. The whole pain thing is frankly subjective. Different people have different tolerances. 2	Equal pay for unequal work. You are right. In your case though it does sound a lot like office culture versus general labor culture. I see that where I work too. It sucks. 3	Equal pay for unequal work. My husband is a veteran I'm well aware. My point is there shouldn't be special treatment and if you see it as that take it up with your employer. If they tell you to suck it up then your employer is shitty. My husband takes off more time to care for our sick kids than I do. He was given paternity leave. (2 weeks not enough in my opinion but more than most get) again I'm well aware some places seem to have favor of one over the other. I watched my mother go through them in her mid 30s and yeah there was an underlying condition but insurance wouldn't cover it until it was considered a "history" so basically she lived like that for a year before insurance would cover her surgery. 4	Why is noone talking about this Not all women are pro circumcision. I personally think it's barbaric. When my twins were born I tried fighting for them to stay intact and make that devising in their own. Instead my mother, mother in law, nurse, and husband all disagreed with me. I fought for hours.
