If you live in a country where pepper spray is illegal like me, you can improvise with chili oil mixed with alcohol. First, it doesn't come off as defence since it's a food/condiment thing. And if asked, you can basically say you are building up your spice tolerance. And it can serve as a pepper spray should you need it. It will disable attacker if you spray it into their eyes. They will need milk to wash their eyes with. Put your chili oil & alcohol mixture in small spray bottles and stash one …

Stopped being friends with someone because all her plans revolve around her bf. "I can't visit on the weekend because that's why I see my bf. Can I come visit during the week? Then she disappears for weeks on end. After a while, she pops up and starts blowing up my phone. She visits and it's to complain about her bf or her parents. My life is much easier now that I have distanced myself. She's called me 3 times this week. If it was truly important, she would have sent a text.

I have sisters. We may not always get along. If someone my sister was dating pulled this, I'll 💯 take a screenshot & send it to her. I've been writing long epistles on their website all weekend! Got the idea from another sub I'm on.
