0	Husband makes the right decision My nephew is in foster care in some kinda childrens home (Kinderheim, dunno the proper translation). And is not neglected. Sure there is neglect in foster care and it is certainly not the perfect solution. But it is better than keeping a kid that you cant care for. I cut contact to my sister over the neglect they let my nephews and nieces suffer and am adamant that they shouldve given up their kids for adoption/foster care.	/r/PussyPassDenied	05/08/19 10:15 PM

35	Husband makes the right decision This doesn't even feel that bad to me. I honestly would give up a kid with special needs for adoption because i myself am not equipped to deal with a kid that needs special care. Hell i barely even consider having children of my own and would likely not wanna have kids at all given the option. We should not shame people for making the judgement call "It is not in this kids best interest to have me as its parent".
