Yah that’s why I just left actually💀😂 it was interesting at first but after only a couple days of being here I can’t handle the persistent tornado-like back and fourth nature of this place. I thought it was more healthy discussion oriented but 🙂‍↔️

lol, let me ask you a question: does this person APPEAR to like women? Obviously not. And I quite literally don’t have time to present specific sources at this time

I’m sorry to say that your experiences with women consist of a very small population, and this certainly does not include all women in general. Also, of course women don’t actually WANT to work because NOBODY wants to work, lol. Unless you have a job you’re passionate about nobody actually wants to work, but we have to in order to survive in this world. If a person with a job they’re not passionate about told me “I want to work, I always love working”, I would think they’re a crazy person. Or on…

And if none of that clicked with you you’re a lost cause sadly and I can’t do anything about it

You know what, for your sake I’m gonna just say this one thing, I just have to out of curiosity. By using your logic, not only women are exaggerating their ‘perceived’ issues, but so are the LGBTQ+ community, people of colour, etc. I guess because they’re emotional about the issues which affect them, this means the issues are only perceived. Like it’s mind boggling to me that you actually believe this! This is like me saying that all issues men think they have are all simply perceived and not re…

Listen if you wanna learn some stuff about Ancient Greece I’m all for that, I can tell you all about what I’m learning, but I am not going to sit here and attempt to change the mind of some guy who actually believes women factually exaggerate ‘perceived’ struggles like😂😭

😂I’m actually floored that you genuinely believe that, like you sincerely that believe with all your soul?? My guy plz✋🏻😭

Perhaps come back when you can admit that everyone has struggles and not just men! It’s just common sense.

Sorry buddy, I’m currently studying for my degree so I don’t have the time, unlike yourself, to sit here online and write with several paragraphs in order to change the mind of someone who already has their mind set in stone😬🤷🏻‍♀️

😂You’re uhm, pretty content with just living in your little bubble and not admitting that women do have issues and instead would prefer to just insult them. Also, philosophy has very little to do with today’s struggles as a woman. I’m sorry but your comments are charged with dislike towards women and therefore laughable

You seem to have an explanation for every single one of these, and I’ll bet any amount of money that every single one of your explanations comes from specifically red pill sources. I doubt you’re the type of person to look at an issue from all angles. A couple of the things you said here are just…wrong. Factually wrong, no two ways about it unfortunately. I’m not sure where you’re getting these things from. The only thing that I could understand is the wages part, the rest is just easily knocked…

Well, I believe that women are much more likely to get sexually assaulted. Men are much less likely to be cat called on the street/harassed, less likely to be told their outfits are inappropriate. Men do not have to worry about not getting a certain promotion or job due to their gender. Men throughout the ages have enjoyed the luxury of being leaders of societies while women have always been in the background, recently that is changing but not quite there yet. Men don’t have to deal with things …

If you’re a man you’re going to believe you have it harder than women, because that’s just how humans think. If you’re a woman you’re going to think you have it harder than a man, if you’re trans you’re going to think you have it harder than someone who’s non-bindery, etc. Everyone thinks they have it harder than others because we all experience different struggles, and when humanity finally learns to accept this, we’ll actually have peace. We’ve all got different struggles and all of them are d…

I have such a huge issue with this comment because you said ‘women who believe in dumb shit’ and it’s like….how do you, as a man, know what women go through and the issues women may face? How could you, it’s not possible. You’re essentially saying that the issues women claim to face aren’t actually real and that to me is insanity. That’s like me (as a woman) saying that the issue of men not being able to show emotions isn’t real and some men believe in that ‘dumb shit’. Because I’m not a man I’l…

Mostly it’s just asking to say genuine words of affection, or actions that show romantic affection. Most of the time romantic actions don’t mean sexual actions to women (and men seem to have a hard time understanding this); to many women, romantic actions mean things like buying her flowers or taking her on cute dates. Things to show that a man wants her for who she is, and not only her body.

Absolutely! It all depends on how the person himself has turned out. When I date people I’m not looking for anyone who has a stable father figure, that’s simply not a priority. People are their own person, sure they can be affected by their parents, but at the end of the day their parents are not their personality. They don’t define everything about an individual. If the person I’m dating appears to be a stable individual themselves and happens to not have a stable father, that’s fine by me. If …

A creep to me is any guy who I intuitively feel is creepy. Sometimes certain people just have an off vibe and I always listen to my intuition when it comes to that. Aside from just feeling out vibes, there are certain things men do that I would consider creepy. For example ogling my chest or butt as if I’m an object, asking sexual questions when we don’t know eachother well, or being extremely adamant about going to his place for a first date. These things are red flags.

Nooope just read the subreddit rules and saw the section about incels and equated the description to this comment

I know this isn’t exactly the purpose of this thread but as a woman I thought I should let you know; trust me, talking and bonding definitely isn’t a minimal investment on our end, it feels very real and like a step towards a common goal (at least for me it does)

The subreddit rules refer to incel behaviour as being ‘woe-is-me’ type of comments so that’s what I equated it to

Yikes, that sounds like a strange existence to live but I can see how that’s possible. Is there any science to back that up or is that more opinion-based? Not a sarcastic question genuinely wondering

That’s not something I personally agree with, but I’m curious to know why you think that way! Please elaborate :)

Interesting, what if there’s a circumstance where a guy doesn’t get to know the girl before asking for sex? Wouldn’t he be missing out on getting to know a potentially cool person he could be in a LTR with? Cause a lot of guys (seemingly) tend to ask for sex without knowing anything about the woman first

I see, that is perfectly valid! I would feel the same way in your shoes probably. Being in an ambiguous living situation is tough, long distance relationships are even more tough so I wouldn’t persue anyone either. And the second point is valid too, if I were in a position where I hadn’t had much sexual experience in my adult life I’d also want to explore it and feel good about myself doing it

Thank you for your comment, this was very educational to read! Some people here have just been attacking me for this post so this was nice to read😂 But yah that part about women choosing attractive men doesn’t surprise me at all since (like you said) men do the same thing, we’re all very visual creatures at the end of the day
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/24 10:39 PM

I see, that’s interesting. Would you say that this mentality from men possibly keeps them from having a long-term relationship, or do you think it motivates men more to find a suitable partner for them?

This feels like more of a personal attack than a response

I see, this makes sense! Correct me if I’m wrong but what I got from your comment is that men basically have a more difficult time with trust. I find this particularly interesting because, when I look at my own life experiences, it seems that although women get hurt a lot, they still seem to hold out the hope more. But it seems that when men get hurt a lot, they take the opposite direction and immediately shut down to most forms of trust. It seems as though men are 10 times as quick to no longer…

No offence but your comment sounds slightly incel-ish to me…but I assume you didn’t mean it to sound that way since your user flair says purple pill

This actually makes so much sense ngl. Unfortunately hookup culture has become the norm amongst everyone all over the world so the chances of a gender coming together to not participate in it is a mathematical impossibility, but what you said makes a lot of sense. Also your comment sort of gave me a revelation; is it possible that the majority of men are just really afraid of commitment? Cause like, it sounds like men just want to experience more constantly instead of sticking to just 1 thing, y…

Your comment felt like some sort of veiled insult and I can’t quite tell what you were going for here, but I suppose I’ll allow it??😅 I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily men I’m interested in, it’s moreso men I go on first dates with or meet and have no expectations from yet, or even big interest in yet. I don’t exactly go on a LOT of dates, but just based on the ones I’ve gone on and what I’ve heard from others, it appears that a lot of guys just want something physical and nothing more. And I unde…
