Drinks getting spiked is a TV my the, there's been zero evidence of it ever happening. The majority of "my drink was spiked!" cases are just the girl drinking a lot of alcohol in a short time.

They literally use the words "immigrants" meaning legal, and then conflating them with illegal aliens.

Ostriches didn't choose to be ostriches, not sure how an animal is relevant (other than MS13 members). Engineers chose to do that, but we aren't talking about them. We're talking about people that make choices to break laws and hurt other people (pedophiles and illegal aliens). Most of Americans agree with this by the way. Reddit isn't representative of the US. The only small narrow minded thinker is you, and you don't seem to be doing any thinking.

Would you say You’re still lumping a whole group together as bad people. About pedophiles? Illegal aliens commit crimes at a higher rate than most groups. They have zero regard for the laws of the country. Any crime committed by an illegal alien is one that could've been prevented by enforcing the current laws. They are bad people. They do not respect America, they do not respect Americans, and they most definitely aren't here in good faith.

He doesn't even have to have banged one for there to be a fake accusation, all it takes is one pissed off groupie that got turned down.

A whole group defined by the fact that they broke a law or multiple laws. I think it's safe to lump people together when they're all people that made the same choice. I'm sure you wouldn't say the same thing about pedophiles, eh?
/r/MensRights28/08/18 12:03 PM

I said illegal aliens. Legal immigrants have incredibly low crime rates, and absolutely aren't a problem. It's the people with no regard for the laws that are the problem, and enforcing border policy and stomping sanctuary cities would reduce crime.

In my opinion the ‘extremists’ of every group are unfortunately given the most attention, including ‘radical nazis'. But if you asked any decent person who was a nazi, they would say those ‘radical nazis’ weren’t nazis at all. They are just racist. People love drama and that’s why it’s so common to see the extreme views of idiots being shared over and over again and people believing that all of one group thinks the same. These people presumably have sex regularly, and within their relationship made assumptions regarding sex that this girl realized after the fact upon finding out he didn't use a condom, because her boyfriend assumed that because she was on the pill that she would be fine without the condom.

I agree with the lawyer on this one. If the barber shops wants to specialize in men's styles, that is fine. However, refusing service to someone based on their sex is illegal. Shouldn't be. Furthermore, I do not think this is relevant to men's rights--this is primarily about a woman's right to receive a service. What about a business' right to not take someone's money?

But, unfortunately, law by no means confines itself to its proper functions. And when it has exceeded its proper functions, it has not done so merely in some inconsequential and debatable matters. The law has gone further than this; it has acted in direct opposition to its own purpose. The law has been used to destroy its own objective: It has been applied to annihilating the justice that it was supposed to maintain; to limiting and destroying rights which its real purpose was to respect. It does affect tuition, however it's not the fault of the government or their subsidy model, but rather the greed of the institutions themselves raising prices arbitrarily so as to capture more grant money. Once again, it's the issue of the university profit model not the government trying to help pay for American's upper education. There's nothing wrong with a profit motive. Of course the schools are going to raise tuition when the government will just give them more money! They aren't held acc…

No, the free market has nothing to do with student loans and debt. That's got everything to do with increasing tuition that gets ever increasing government subsidies, and people taking out loans they can't afford. Not everybody has to go to college, the idea that people do is decreasing the value of a degree. Trades are very much needed and are high paying. Non-profits compete for donations. Colleges won't need to if they just get a lump sum from the federal government. Government is the least e…

There's nothing wrong with profit, what's wrong is when government subsidizes underwater basket weaving and feminist dance theory. Profit means they're accountable to the market, free just means they have no incentive to provide quality.

Making them free makes degrees worthless. It's not private institutions that are pushing Marxist thought, it's public universities and colleges.

I can almost guarantee that mental health issues are treated differently. In fact, Australia spends more per citizen than the US does. https://www.medibankhealth.com.au/news-article.asp?id=78&t=Expenditure+on+mental+illness+in+Australia+revealed+to+be+%2428.6+billion+per+year&pid=0 http://m.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2012/12/17/seven-facts-about-americas-mental-health-care-system/ The US has a population of around 300 million, Australia has around 22 million. Ignore my points? Okay. However, when the University of Melbourne is doubtful about the effects on gun violence from the 1996 law, there have to be other causes. http://www.factcheck.org/2009/05/gun-control-in-australia/ "On the other hand, a 2006 analysis by scholars at the University of Sydney concluded that gun fatalities decreased more quickly after the reform. Yet another analysis, from 2008, from the University of Melbourne, concluded that the buyback had no significant effect on firearm s…

Common sense rules? We have them. We also have responsible gun owners. We have safes to lock them in, we have hunting safety courses. To get a conceal carry permit you have to take a class, pass background checks. In the end, who is going to listen to the gun control laws? Not criminals, that's for sure. The CDC has stats on death rates. http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/injury.htm Look, vehicle deaths are higher than guns, we should ban cars! But wait, accidental drug poisoning, we should regulat…

Not even the NRA advocates for open carry of guns. How is it that when gun issues come up, mental health issues aren't talked about? Elliot was mentally ill, the Columbine shooters were mentally ill, the Sandy Hook shooter was mentally ill. Also, I would like to ask how gun control stops criminals from getting guns. The only people that would obey gun control laws are reasonable citizens that obey the law already.

20 people in a minute? Most guns that civilians can have don't have clips large enough for 20 bullet, and that's assuming whoever is shooting uses one bullet for one person. Why don't you take your idiocy somewhere else?

With movies there's a rating, and descriptions of the content. If that's not enough, sites like IMDB have reviews and ratings. Yes, not everybody can be bothered to research this stuff, but that's available. But to counter that, why watch movies with ratings that say "hey, there's lots of violence and sexual content" when you're set off by these scenes?
/r/MensRights21/05/14 12:09 AM

For movies, there's a rating as well as reviews. I can empathize with you in that regard because most people don't research scenes in movies/books.

For one, I'm conservative. Two, I was just stating that both sides of the aisle are generally going to stick to the party line. /r/MensRights29/01/14 09:49 AM
