Red pill originated from 4chan and so have many conspiracy theories with consequences on the real world so I don't think the platform can be defended because of the absence of karma (fair enough, it sounds intriguing). Idk, maybe seeing humans in their most honest form is not a good thing and we should have some decorum even online?

How did he find the post? Have you told him your username? And I'm sorry, 4chan gives him "genuine enjoyment and fun"? As a man, I fail to see what's fun on there even without the incels, it's full of p3d0s, Nazis and white supremacists.

For what? I do think his experience is valid. But so is mine. I was bullied in middle school by other guys. We're sharing anecdotes but that doesn't make my experience better or worse than his.

Thank you for clarifying, I see it now. I'm still leaving my other comment up though.

So whenever men hurt you it was women. My brother, this is plain misogyny. Let's not act like male bullies who can't control themselves are always guided by women, most of the time men are just crazy. I'm sorry for what happened to you but your experience is not indicative of a pattern. Edit: the downvotes are proof this is not the sub for me. Enjoy your echo chamber.

Reminds me of that South Park episode where Cartman (among other guys) pretends to be a feminist just because it's trendy and wants to be liked more by his gf. It's unfortunately reality.

She thought it was valid! I let her share her thoughts first and to her it was just okayish, but when it was my turn to share I didn't shy away from saying it portrayed men in an untruthful way.

This. I saw it with a close female friend and I expressed my dissatisfaction at the end of the movie.

She punches the stranger then gets arrested, as if to imply that the legal system would actually favor the man over her. Oh wow, it's weird how I didn't notice how unlikely this scene is to ever happen IRL. HE grabbed her butt, and SHE went to jail for punching him? Yeah, apparently that is tooootally how the real world operates.

Someone guiding them, yes. Friends though? All bullies I've known had normal friend circles.

You are not a horrible person bro. You're wonderful and still quite young. You have a lot to learn. Watching Contrapoints has helped a lot of guys in a position similar to yours so I am glad you have already watched her videos and they've helped you grow.

What I've noticed is that every country tries to imitate the US. I'm from the Balkans (Europe) and you can hear the same ideologies being spread here. This is not only a red pill case; a lot of countries also get their conspiracy theories and backward trends from America.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
