That’s not how it works morally lol. prenups also exist. If the woman earns 100k annually and the guy earns none, should he be entitled to half in the divorce? Once you divorce, assets are no longer “ours” if you aren’t mature enough to realise that, then you probably deserve to get screwed over by some man. It’s hilarious how you’re the ignoring the disparity in fairness under the idea that these issues are black and white in law.

Your assumption that I don’t condemn that is pretty telling. No you absolutely cannot blame someone for that reason, I would say the same for a man entering a relationship with a wealthy woman, no one deserves a short end.

You can’t chastise someone for unfairly losing their assets because they chose someone below them in finances…. If more guys decided to marry up or equal there would be a drastic amount of more lonely women
