5	Observations of a University Library: A Report Literally my life. At my University it's 35% women so they think they are God's gift. I get there at the same time and have never noticed the gender difference until you brought it up in this post. 5	Predicting the Next Big War - The Fourth Turning The War of 1812 didn't really accomplish much in terms of strategic objectives. It was a war generally about domestic politics and global markets.
