What could possibly help is taking like .5-1mg Xanax or any benzo just to get a feel for what it's like to have no anxiety around women. Do this a few times maybe and learn to incorporate it into your every day life. Now of course, this isn't the best option. Your best option is to just keep practicing talking to women and work on yourself.
